@ThunderTruck It's a stock 205, no mods done. The gearing is 5.38 and the tires are 12.00-16 Nostalgia Top Fuel slicks on all 4 corners. The Tcase did fine. In fact there was so little scrub that after an entire season on the tires there was still molding flash on the center of the front slicks. Virtually no wear at all.

there is no wieght there ? any one can go fast with no wieght. do that in a 4000 l.b plus car or truck , then you are on to something ( rich 10.80.mod)

I'm not sure what you are trying to say, but it sounds like you are saying I couldn't run those times if the truck were over 4000 lbs. I hope not, because in the video the truck weighed 4200. It ran a best of 6.73 at 103 at that weight.

@fastestcararound I've got a 77F150 4X4 that tops out at just over 6000 lbs with all the sheet metal intact. That NP205, and Dana front axle add A LOT of weight.

I have watched this video many times. I cannot beleive how strong that motor is. I thought sure you would be running a 460 based stroker to make that power. I used to run FE's but switched to 385 series for strength and parts available. Do you stay in 4 wheel drive the entire run ??
