Technologically speaking, even we are close to ending "death", it is biologically possible to do so. As for reproduction, all you need to do is replicate each partner's DNA (if they have a DNA makeup), even we can do test-tube babies. Sexual sterility is only a matter of repairing organs, but if our body can create sex-cells, advanced technology probably can too.
