I would, but its not worth it.Desktops arent my thing anymore because they use too much electricity as compared to a laptop.I have one newer desktop with crt monitor and rarely use it.I use my laptop. My laptop 65 watts max,my desktop installed 600 watt power supply.
i had a blue screen of death before.. and somehow i got it back working but its fine now but im trying to upgrade mine for gaming so i can atleast play cod4 with the textures at medium and not have lagg constanlty is it possible though with a normal pc?
You have to be careful with an ordinary air compressor. Too high of pressure can damage something & there can be oil in the air from the compressor if not well filtered (which most do not).
My computer just started overheating too much today, something that has never happened before, and i have my computer for 2 years, he has allways been on the same place for these years, and idk why, it just started overheating and freezing each time i played a game, can somone present me a solution that doesn't evnvolve speeding money? or not much money.
I usually take the cpu fan off as well as the case fans and clean them out with a paint brush. Than I take the Power supply out and take the cover off and clean it out the fans and heat sinks by brush as well.
The end result is the system runs faster and quieter as well.
If you take the CPU fan off then you may well need to apply a small amount of thermal paste when re-assembling. Most people don't have that. But if you do and you are comfortable doing that, then that's great.
that's dangerous, compressed air is best the vacuum could drop dust and debris accidentally into your computer maybe something magnetized will fuck it up more, not saying it doesn't work it's just a risk.
Why do you have to back up your data? Is this dangerous because of static electricity?

@P47ThunderboltJug Love your user name, do you own/fly one?
I ALWAYS backup data just in case something happens. You might drop the PC or accidentally drop something into the open case.
Just a precaution; I always want to have current backups anyway.

I like to use vacuums in reverse, or air compressors.
