Com'on , if your going to say "reenactment" be a little more accurate in the way it went. I heard enough in the first 45 sec. To think this video is just a flame job and NOT a true "reenactment" of the situation. I know some of the techs can be a**** but you could have put a little more thought into it. IMHO ;) have a great day and sorry you had a bad experience!
lol I love how people think verizon fios is always the answer to all their prayers both companies suck at serving the customer but ill take comcast over verizon atleast i dont have to wait 6 months for a verizon guy to come out
ok as an ACTUAL internet tech rep, when a tech goes out there YES they have to follow a certain pattern and YES that involves checking your signal , router, power, modem and making sure your dog didnt chew on the cord. Some people just need to learn how to use a damn computer is all
what really happened was my friend who has a "business class" service had to wait a long time for service (where he was supposed to have 24/7 support)... then the guy shows up with no router--he had to leave and come back. Having the router in the truck before heading out on the call is the least he could have done.
Understand. . .most offices run a dynamic dispatch, meaning, techs get jobs as they finish them. There isn't a set route they take in the morning. If he didn't have a router on his van it's most likely because he used one or two of them already. As for the long response on making it out to your buddies house, that sucks. Business class customers are supposed to have 24/7. Most trouble calls for ANY customer are handled within 48 hours if not the same day.

Christ all mighty, don't you guys have Verizon FIOS out there?

Those hillbillies in Hillsboro can get FIOS, but Comcast Biz Class Deluxe is 50Mbps/10Mbps. I'll take that.
