This can be found in Autumn Plains. Unlike the other two homeworlds, Autumn Plains has two speedway levels.

I think the Icy Speedway was originaly going to be for the Winter tundra, but since there is no Spring Level, and there is only 3 bosses, there is 2 speedways right?
