I met the Gunny at a NRA convention about 7 years ago. He was the same way. Total class act. As nice as could be, and was willing to talk with everyone. Line around the booth as well.

When I saw the movie Full Metal Jacket, I was amazed at Lee Ermey playing the Drill Instuctor! I was thinking this guy had to have been a DI, because this is EXACTLY the way it was when I went thru Boot Camp 1966. It turns out he was a DI in the Marine Corp, or at least I heard he was. Big fan of Lee Ermey, He is a good rep of the marine corps and NRA. Good channel WEAPONS EDUCATION.

Tom, what EB has to realize is that you have a show on youtube. Enough of us watch on a regular basis that you have some influence. Your love of firearms is obvious and you teach a lot about the guns and industry in general. The people at Shotshow should in the future, provide a media outlet for youtubers. Or youtubers should join up and rent booth space for the venders to come and make appointments with you guys. The industry in general should work closer and be more accesable to us.
