@bigboomshot hmm usually rock, but some rap as well. Sometimes when I use my training partner's iPod I listen to the audio for motivational videos on youtube.
can you do a video on whats the best approach for slightly overweight people who want to get lean. whenever i try to lose body fat i get progress and lose inches around my waist but my muscles look smaller even tho i can lift just as heavy on most lifts. my muscles look real flat when im dieting so it puts me of and then i switch back to eating and get mad pumps but i hate my belly lol. i want to get my stomach flat but keep my muscles looking full and pumped. any advice appreciated thanks.
@aka2010ism Well when you loose body fat you are going to decrease the dimensions of your body, but the actual muscle fibers stay the same, so that is why you do not lose strength, just the actual size. One thing you can do is keep your fat intake moderate rather then low to try to help keep test levels regulated and increase vascularity. That's just my opinion though, I am not a nutritionist, I just speak from what has worked for me.
dane, i've worked with shelby starnes before and he doesn't have a specific bf % for the offseason but you should still be able to see the outline of your abs in the offseason (that's what he recommends in order to gain more muscle rather than fat). your offseason bf% looks great! you don't look offseason at all ;)
dude, it's hard to believe ur in offseason with that level of vascularity in ur biceps! u look awesome! what is the bodyfat % in offseason that u target?
you're looking really good bro, kind of a random question in your off season do you ever just do like a cheat snack? like cookies or some crap? because you still look lean as hell haha.
Looking sexy. Wow

@MrNewyork1966 Everyone is different, I honestly know people who are more lean then I am and gain muscle still; although, it is far less common.

@bigdaddy71355 I do not target a specific %, rather just wherever my body is making gains I stay there.

@monico48 Yea, I have cheat meals to keep myself sane, I just try to make sure that the cheat meal doesn't make me go way over board on calories.
