My uncle has a large Wyeth in his study... Anyone believe me?

@Stillwater900 If he does and its a painting and not a print..its safe to say its time to get it insured and maybe off the wall..10 years from now it may be worth millions once his known work is no longer available...

@stevefromPA2 Believe it or not, its on his wall because the better ones are all in the Metropolitan and Paris... He's the sole heir to the Havemeyer art collection. Over 450 Degas, Monet, Renoir, Picasso, Cezanne, El Greco, Manet, Cassatt, Goya, Corot, Courbet, just EVERY huge name in art. Once I got to see a couple Monet's and a Degas... I was shaking. Degas even painted a portrait of his great aunt or something.

@Stillwater900 Thats funny...most of us are worrying if we will have a pension..and others have art musems of he world calling them...Yeah..if some one flipped out a Degas i think i would have to sit down..

Quite a significant price for what is decidedly not even remotely a major Wyeth work.
