Adam-- Been following your lessons since the beginning, but for some reason never check this vid out 'til now. This is so unbelievable, so freaking fantastic! It makes me proud to be able to say that I've learned from someone like you! Kudos...
I think this is probably the best bluesharp thing I've ever heared (I'm still young, but anyway). This is just the kind of music I wan't to play. Unfortunally I can't find a guitarplayer that things the same. Everybody seems to play that same old blues thing like 50 years ago. Only you and steven de bruyn (rhythmn junks) uses the instrument really different.
Adam, you're truly a man of detail. Not only sticking the overblows, but making sure to be infront the "Harp" sign al the while . . . Master Riddles taught you well in deed, Jedi.
Harp players: please note that I'm using two amps (one smallish tube amp, one 5-watt solid state amp) cranked up, miked, with a Boss DD-3 digital delay. There's quite a bit of delay on this, and it's crucial.
The sound keeps cutting out on the video when i play it. Is anyone else having this issue. Nice job with the tune Adam. Do you mind if I try this at one of the local open mics? I promise I'll do it justice. Maybe I should post an acoustic version for your perusal first. Now If I can figure how to get the backing track of Satan. Any suggestions?
Me too, I think it has to do with the UNREGISTERED at the top left of the video. Some software programmer didn't want people to make quality videos with an unregistered software.
Heck, I'd be honored if you'd play this this at your local jam session. Sterling seems to hitting two different chord progressions back there: E/A/E/E, and E/G/A/E. Godspeed.....
That's exactly right. By the middle of this gig, we were in the groove, REALLY in the groove, for the first time in a decade. (We didn't play at all between 1998 and 2004; it's been an uneven comeback since then.) Sterling came up in Mississippi churches: catch the feeling, then play until you drop. It's magic when it happens; it used to happen on the street, but hadn't happened until this set--this song, really.
That white boy can blow! Kller stuff Adam!

If you notice the cutouts are while I am using the zoom function on the digital camera. I didn't know the sound would cut on zooming in and out.

that is stupid, why would they make a camera that cut out the sound when it zoomed? ridiculous.
