Ok I agree with you on the game Best of the Best, but a spinning back fist is excellent in a real fight. I've used it and knocked a dude out, and yes I do practice Martial Arts so I know what I'm talking about. Plus haven't you heard of Super Foot Bil Wallace his kicks are that fast and lethal, but he has enough control not to hurt someone. Yea I do agree though Best of the Best the video game does suck. Like most movie to game adaptions lol.

ik the game is shit but in karate tournaments the key is to train yourself to absolute peek so that u can touch(hit) anyone in the world and to know your defenses and blocks well enough so that no one could touch u its practically a sport of self confidence which ive done it and its gay mixed martial arts is sooooo much better

I remember playing the "real deal" boxing game when I was much younger. I made this really tall dude with long arms. After getting punched in the gut 4,000 times by a short guy that I couldn't touch, I just about lost it. That said, the customization was fun.

As a kid I loved Evander Holyfield boxing for genesis and played it forever.  I had never seen such realistic boxing in a game at the time. It's outdated now of course, but for the time I thought it was mad fun.

PAD vs. SEGA meant that you are using a game pad against the sega cpu.... the names are at the top of the screen. >< tutorials are the instruction manual you get with games like this. its when you have to read words on actual paper and get an understanding for what the game is and how to control it. Turned this review off after a minute and forty-five seconds. Terrible review Christopher Walken.

Evander Hollyfield's real deal boxing was awesome. one of my favorite boxing games... yes the fights are longer, its trying to make it a actual boxing match. The ab and face bars are showing the stamia/ability to take a punch in that area. like you can work the body so later in the fight you can really start tearing him up when you go for the body.

The frame rate is great. The animation only has one frame per punch though (as it seems).

But it's displaying 60 frames a second. Obviously the punch isn't on there for 1/60th of a second so they must be displaying the same frame for at least a 3rd of a second.
