@TheBadSingerLol do Incline, not Decline.. decline works out the bottom half of your chest which makes that part of your chest muscle bigger.. which in turn pushes out the fat / tissue even further out and making the problem seem even worse... incline works out the top half of your chest and reduces the appearance of the fat / tissue on the bottom.... it wont solve your problem totally.. but it'll surely help more than what you seem to be doing now
I've had Gyno since I was 13 and now I'm 18. It's only puffy nipples though, very mild. What are the chances of it still going away and if it doesn't, since it is minor Gyno, how much would it typically cost to remove?
thats a VERY VERY VERY good point!!! there is no point in having this surgery unless you are already in good shape! they might disappear ! if its just fat. if you get in good shape and still have the problem then you have excess glandular tissue.

Seeing as how many insurance policies will cover a woman getting a breast reduction it only seems fair that this is covered too. The emotional health and over all well being that a man would yield afterward is difficult to even put a price on.
@ajluv600, I have gynecomastia, personally I think it shouldn't be cover. Some insurance companies Women breast reduction, but most of the time they only do it if has affected their health bad enough. There's a difference between having breast killing your back and gynecomastia.
I got over mine Psychologically, if it's effecting you go see a therapist, you have to learn to accept your self. Build up confidence .

Sometimes it is body fat but you are right some of these guys clearly don't have it as they aren't that fat in the "before" shots, and instead just have flabby, fatty chests. You can do pushups nonstop for months and they won't go away.

the majority of these people are just overweight. lose body fat, lose moobs. dont spend thousands of dollars on a useless sugery. your still gonna have to lose that body fat. so lose your body fat first. if you still have moobs after, consider this.
fat burning workouts, cardio, are better regiments for loosing moobs. chest exersizes actually bulk up your moobs. muscle builds under the fat and actually make them larger in apperance. however, upper arm and shoulder exersizes help in that they tighten your chest and stretch the skin on your moobs.
for like most less appearance looking, im trying to get my surgery done but the price is high but, for now would like for examples, chin ups/pull ups and push ups help it less noticable?
chin ups and pull ups only concentrate on the lets shoulder biceps and triceps, best solution is to concentrate exercises on the chest itself which is bench press, push ups and incline push ups. depending on how it is, more or less should just concentrate on primarily on the upper chest.

Do you have breast tissue under the nipple and is it puffy? That's what gyno is, at 1:19 that guy just looks like he has fat on his chest. If you have gynocomastia the only solution is surgery, nothing else. If you have fat, obviously dieting and exercising would solve that in no time.
I think I have fat, I have started gym under a trainer. Trainer said I will be ok within 4 months. Well, I hope so. Let see what happens, thanks by the way.
Mine were like 1:19 as well. Surgery is the only option I'm afraid. Fairly happy with the results I got but after you have to be very dedicated to dieting and exercising. I got a bit lazy for a few months and now I'm getting kind of bulky in the chest again. If you don't want to go down that route you can train the upper body and get a bit wider which should mask the appearance, but if you're like me you'll always see them regardless. I still do even after surgery.
to all u idiots that are saying just work out.... it's a condition.... sometimes getting skinny makes it worse.. cause you get smaller everywhere else and they stay the same.. yes Marijuana and steroid use does enhance this condition but the majority of unfortunate souls are born with it... I am one of them.... in MY OWN case they get better when i'm thinner but there still there and it's SO embarrasing when people look at my chest when im talking to them.. Almost all the people in this vid were fat - they should cut out the beer, non-organic foods, dairy and stop using plastics and they would lose the boobs and the gut and the love handles and avoid invasive surgery.

I have had this condition for most of my life now since the age of about 13 , and I have always been in good shape, used to run 5 kms a day and not even break a sweat. if this conditon didn't go away within like a year your screwed and surgury is the only option at this time. but i suggest if people are going to do surgury atleast tone up before hand to get good results and have that bastard gladular tissue removed.

ok i need help, i`ve been working out since i was 19, my boobs were the reason to start working out in the first place, and now i`m 23 and its even bigger and lower, done it all! pills and infinite starving diets, i`m now in the best shape i could imagine, but with this HIDEIOUS breasts, feels like i have nothing to show, more like i have alot to hide!

Hey I'm 14 and I think I might have Gynecomastia or if its just hormones.. anyway I've had "them" for about a year now there a bit smaller then this guys but I've been wearing spandex under armour to hide it it works, but its pretty irratating. Im about 5'10 and weigh 205 sounds like alot but Im really strong and dont have that much belly fat, just chest. I think I have pre-gynecomastia, which is fat in the breasts. Still, the nipples looks like it could be gynecomastia. They are not like womannipples but still standing out a bit, which annoys me like hell and gives me bad self confidence. I am a 19 year old guy that has always been chubby. For the last 2 years I have been to a gym and now looks kinda slim and well trained, if I may say so. my goal was to try to get rid of my then chubby breasts, make them smaller, and I have! But the nipples! :(

you guys dont understand! i worked out for a year and could run a 6:50 mile!!!! for those of you who know what im talking about i was in the best shape of my life and still had this problem i stopped running and only did weight training and i was able to curl 50 pounds and bench 365!!! by myself no spotter AND STILL THE MOOBS WERE THERE SURGERY IS THE ONLY OPTION !!!! working out does not work trust me i know

Sometimes it is body fat but you are right some of these guys clearly don't have it as they aren't that fat in the "before" shots, and instead just have flabby, fatty chests. You can do pushups nonstop for months and they won't go away.

I saw here couples of comments that telling these people to do more exercise and things like that,but you got to understand these people emotions,its just humiliating to wear a shirt or do exercise in their situation.

the majority of these people are just overweight. lose body fat, lose moobs. dont spend thousands of dollars on a useless sugery. your still gonna have to lose that body fat. so lose your body fat first. if you still have moobs after, consider this.

fat burning workouts, cardio, are better regiments for loosing moobs. chest exersizes actually bulk up your moobs. muscle builds under the fat and actually make them larger in apperance. however, upper arm and shoulder exersizes help in that they tighten your chest and stretch the skin on your moobs.

chin ups and pull ups only concentrate on the lets shoulder biceps and triceps, best solution is to concentrate exercises on the chest itself which is bench press, push ups and incline push ups. depending on how it is, more or less should just concentrate on primarily on the upper chest.

Do you have breast tissue under the nipple and is it puffy? That's what gyno is, at 1:19 that guy just looks like he has fat on his chest. If you have gynocomastia the only solution is surgery, nothing else. If you have fat, obviously dieting and exercising would solve that in no time.

Mine were like 1:19 as well. Surgery is the only option I'm afraid. Fairly happy with the results I got but after you have to be very dedicated to dieting and exercising. I got a bit lazy for a few months and now I'm getting kind of bulky in the chest again. If you don't want to go down that route you can train the upper body and get a bit wider which should mask the appearance, but if you're like me you'll always see them regardless. I still do even after surgery.

to all u idiots that are saying just work out.... it's a condition.... sometimes getting skinny makes it worse.. cause you get smaller everywhere else and they stay the same.. yes Marijuana and steroid use does enhance this condition but the majority of unfortunate souls are born with it... I am one of them.... in MY OWN case they get better when i'm thinner but there still there and it's SO embarrasing when people look at my chest when im talking to them.. Now i know how alot of females feel
