Bloody hell - everything comes giant sized in the USA - that bag of chocolate chips is enormous - what you get here in the UK is a 180g bag. I just made my own GF choc chip cookies today with butter, egg, caster and light brown sugar, GF flour, bicarbonate of soda, vanilla extract and a lightly beaten egg, all mixed briefly in a food processor. They came out great.
If you read the bag you see that she is using chocolate chips with a 73% cacao content. Anything over 71% should not contain any trace of milk or milk fat. Most vegans are satisfied that semi-sweet chocolate chips are milk free.
I love it when I find videos from other foodies! I'm moving in with 2 roommates this summer and one of them is allergic to gluten so I'll be stopping by more often! Great video and great site : )
Thanks for your comment. Perhaps sunflower oil might work in place of grapeseed oil; I am more skeptical about using honey instead of agave as I don't ever bake with it and they are totally different ingredients in many ways.

The idea of using an icecream scoop is simple but brilliant, I just think you should have added more chocolate chips. 5/5 stars

May I know what can I use to substitute grapeseed oil and agave? These ingredients are hard to obtain in my country.
How bout substitute grapeseed oil with sunflower oil ? And..... agave with honey?
