  • Yum! I love GFree baking! Check out my video for molten chocolate chip cookies, they are to die for!

  • will regular flour work? i need answer asap!!

  • That sounds really good. I am glad that you use agave because it gives a taste that I really like.

  • looks good!

  • I'm going to give them a try :]

  • These look delicious. I am gluten intolerant so I can't wait to try these out.

  • In new to being a vegan

  • oh yum!!

  • The idea of using an icecream scoop is simple but brilliant, I just think you should have added more chocolate chips. 5/5 stars

  • no eggs? that interesting

  • Since it's not CC'd.. Due to my deafness.. how long does it take to bake? Under 5 minutes? Or 10?

  • @CombsomeR hi she said 8-10 minutes

  • @cherri7 Thanks. :D

  • YUMMY. 5 stars.

  • i will have to try these...looks terrific.

  • Love this video, instant favorite ( for me ) !

    Great!

  • Bloody hell - everything comes giant sized in the USA - that bag of chocolate chips is enormous - what you get here in the UK is a 180g bag. I just made my own GF choc chip cookies today with butter, egg, caster and light brown sugar, GF flour, bicarbonate of soda, vanilla extract and a lightly beaten egg, all mixed briefly in a food processor. They came out great.

  • EXCELLENT...THANX

  • are the chocolate chips made with milk? that would be not vegan right? Or did you make it with dark chocolate chips?

  • not to be all negative. thanks for the recipe. appreciated!

  • If you read the bag you see that she is using chocolate chips with a 73% cacao content. Anything over 71% should not contain any trace of milk or milk fat. Most vegans are satisfied that semi-sweet chocolate chips are milk free.

  • Its easy to find vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips that are not made with milk.

  • these look so good thanks a lot for the recipe

  • i wanted to make these cookies for my friend who can't eat gluten. where can you find these ingredients? and are they cheap?

  • We made this recipe using oat flour (we just ground the oats in our blender) and it turned out WONDERFUL!! Also, honey worked perfectly!

  • great video!

I love agave for sweetening cookies or for my morning oatmeal.

  • Thanks kangarooelaine!

  • thanks everyone!

i'll be doing more videos soon, i promise.

  • I love it when I find videos from other foodies! I'm moving in with 2 roommates this summer and one of them is allergic to gluten so I'll be stopping by more often! Great video and great site : )

  • chocolate chip cokies are so good!

  • I need to make these cookies immediately !! -- Leslie (hint: lake tahoo skiing) from NY

  • thanks for ur reply! Actually I never heard of agave before, but I will try to look for it! Cuz I reli want to give ur recipe a try. Thanks!

  • May I know what can I use to substitute grapeseed oil and agave? These ingredients are hard to obtain in my country.

How bout substitute grapeseed oil with sunflower oil ? And..... agave with honey?

  • Thanks for your comment. Perhaps sunflower oil might work in place of grapeseed oil; I am more skeptical about using honey instead of agave as I don't ever bake with it and they are totally different ingredients in many ways.

You can try going to the international section of amazon.com to order ingredients that are found at elanaspantry.com

  • No eggs!!! I will have to try these. Thanks.
