Mr. Violinist has died, and at his funeral, Dai-kun's grandpa is given the dead guy's violin. When his grandpa leaves the room for a minute, Dai-kun's soul gets taken by the violin and somehow made to exist in a different dimension and a different time. In this time, he encounters Mr. Violinist's living self and his grandpa's younger self. The violin draws Mr. Violinist towards it and seems to possess him. I'll continue this explanation in the next post.

@commentingisfunee Explanation continued. Dai-kun's grandpa is knocked out. Seeing this, Dai-kun decides to intervene. After failing, Dark-san came to his rescue and subdues Mr. Violinist. Since Dai-kun's soul would be trapped if he stayed past the twelfth chime at midnight, he and Dark-san have a "race with time" before they're sent back to the present. That little bit with Mr. Violinist and his sister was probably just a stop on his way back to the present. The rest is pretty self-explanatory.

when daisuke went to close the violin cased it like got his soul. so dark came out. this takes place in the violin. like it goes back in time but now daisuke is in it. if something changes in the past then daisuke can never go back to the real world. he's stuck in the past. so dark came in to fetch daisuke. and thats pretty much all. do you get it?
