  • plz take that fram filter off an get a wix

  • Glad to see you did away with the fender ports. The Beech Bend weekend as a GN owner is a memory worth a lifetime!

  • at first i was like who would leave a great car just rot outside in the sun and then i was like omg awesome job man!!

  • my dad got that car

  • whenever i think of this song i think of that trans am in joe dirt

  • I love it...great job on the car and the video...fantastic!!!!!

  • what size wheels any cutting required my dad owns a gn

  • dont you hate when people "restore" grand nationals. and "pimp"them out to look like gangsta wannabe cars? This is the way to go...the ONLY way!! Very sweet job on this GN. from one owner to another, Im proud of ya! well your family that is, or whoever owns it.

  • Very nice !!!! I prefer the stock rims though. But totally awesome job , i love GNs .

  • I love it, it turned out great!. I like that you cept the orignal look to it

    Great Job

  • Not a GNX, it was made to look like one, car no longer has the vents in the fenders

  • Absolutely beautiful job. I owned one and restored it myself as well. I have a picture in my Channel. I'm not a body guy so kudos to you.

  • this is what a buick is suppose to look like not like a box with a 4 cyl you need power and style in a car and the grand national is the right car

  • Imagine driving one of these to a buick dealer today and the salesman tells you wouldn't you rather have a new Buick I would be like you fucking nuts this Buick could smoke those piece of shit newer Buicks and you know it

  • Is that a GNX in the photos?

  • @MrSilveradoss408 no cuz a gnx has gnk on it that car i think is a t type but i know for sure it not a gnx.

  • @MrJaymoney81 Ah I got you, I was just asking because the side port vents. I did see that it was missing the GNX badging on the grill though.

  • I have a monte with a factory turbo 3.8 best of both worlds

  • awesome video!!! good luck with it. it gives me goosebumps every time i see the video. i'll never get rid of mine thats for sure!

  • Retardedly AWESOME!!! very nice car... thanks for postin

  • Great Job! reminds me of my 86 GN. we actually found it in a barn and the owner had his dogs sleeping in it. I'm a long way from being show quality but it'll get there eventually. Mostly just some interior work and it needs re-painting again. Thanks for posting your adventure!

  • kickass video if ya ask me

  • damn man nice gn ...my dad is selling on e if you want another project ..lol...but hes got another one which he is keepin that runs 10s in a 1/4....its in the process of geting a new paintjob ...what all is done you ur gn ???

  • good song choice and good car choice.

  • Thx for bringing such a beatiful car back to life.

  • Good Job!!!..........Love them Turbo Regal's. I've owned an 86 GN for 12 years then bought an 87 which I've owned for 6 years now................once again good job on the Resto. :-)

  • dude awesome car to start with made even better ty for keepin one good gm car alive love a gn

  • this is one of those cars that looks good on fat tires, and doesnt need to be lowered, just black on black

  • Nice car but the wheels suck ass. Why not put the originals on? That looks fucking cheap and tacky.

  • Gotta tell ya, i had an '83 Buick Regal with t-tops, painted it black, re-did the whole interior, put a turbo hood on it, took off all the emblems... but left the chrome..... those are truly beautiful cars.... even the 231 non turbo was quite a go getter.... i outran lots of cars in it, of course it was on the distance, not the take off.... you just made me want to go get another one... or an actual GN and fix it up.... damn, i'm missing my car now... anyway, good job, and Great Looking GN!

  • i thought they stoped making GNX's in 86?

  • 87 was the last year

  • @madundy they quit making GN's in 87,the only year for the GNX was in 87,they made 547 of em,very rare car to find, even harder to find one with a guy willing to sell ha

  • its good to see so many of these cars still around.

  • My GN is mistaken for a Monte Carlo quite of. SS were nice body style 87 & 88, but in terms of power an SS couldn't carry a GN's jock strap!

  • @sinusbradycardia gn is muscle cars supra i so badass!

  • TONYSTARK your right only the gnxs came with the fender vents factory, this one must have had aftermarket ones installed. CFROBERTS, your what we call an idiot, you cant make these v6s from non turbo to turbo, if you do good luck on it not blowing up, it needs to be a '109' block otherwise it cant handle the higher pressure of the turbo. METALFAB16, another idiot, its a buick regal grand national, KOVACS88 is another idiot, 77 tas are no big deal. Alumness, great car man, i got an 87 ttype :)

  • wtf is that crap my dad has a 1977 trans am in mint contish

  • I can go around the block and see a 77 TA. What's the big deal? The GN is a way cooler car. Way faster too.

  • great job on the restro!!!!!!!!!!!

  • looks like a monte carlo

  • same platform, different motor. most monte's have a 305(5.0L) or a 350(5.7L) while these little buicks have a twin turbo charged 3.8L V6. i just bought one for $300 needs a nose cone and it was a non-turbo version. but not for long.

  • i fuckin want one

  • im takin mine apart and putin the motor in a new 87 gn body i bought....my body is beat up....

  • Is it a GN or a GNX...? I know GNX has those air vents on the fender but I never knew they GN's with them too. Wow thats pretty Looks Sweet...!

  • sweet video! im restoring a 87 gn right now...it looked just like yours...she is being painted here in a few weeks!! nice car man

  • I think this is last real muscle car, great machine!

  • Great to see a fantastic car being brought back to life! Wow, looks sharp! Love the vocals at 2:37 - 'You all ready for this?'

  • Awesome!!!!! I just picked up an 87, something I've wanted for a long time, your video was so great how you brought one back, way to go!

  • PS the soundtrack was cool!

  • This was an awesome video demonstrating some masterful craftsmanship. Owning a GN is truly priceless!

  • terrible sound track, awesome car.

  • NICE job!! I recently had my 87 restored, not for the faint of heart for sure. The end result is worth it!!! Your GN came out NICE!! What's she run btw??

  • That is so awesome! Is that green mold growing on the front at the beginning of the video?
