i wonder who this people are,the ones who looked like knights in shining armor, can not be identified,imagine the magnitude of damages an identified group can do. What if the police don't wear name plates and numbers too, and are riding bikes with no identifiable marks or numbers and be carrying firearms. Will it not cause a chaotic scenario.
