Pc's also have more hardware capabilities and always are first to receive new hardware upgrades such as the new core i7 cpu's. Macs are great for branding and standing out in a crowd, but they arent very practical if our not developing video or audio.

The "Mighty Mouse" just represents the stubbornness and ignorance of Apple. Ergonomically speaking, it's one of the worst mice out there and lacks any customization or features. Apple could do MUCH better in a mouse, but as always, they think keeping it simple (i.e. a bar of soap with one button) makes it a trademark of Apple.
I'm thinking lack of stupidity. I've worked IT and the vast majority of cases which came through were user errors which spawned actual problems from visiting illegal or illicit sites, installing a trojan program, or failing to update properly. I've had my laptop for nearly two years and done horrible things which you shouldn't do to a computer and have yet to have it legitimately crash on me. Macs crash as well, but less publicly due to lack of exposure. Just youtube "Mac crash". They happen.
My computer didn't crash until my warranty expired, either. And it still works fine after crashing if I defragment the drive and sometimes run a diagnostic or two.

Since the introduction of SP1 Vista has become the same, if not better then XP and therefore completely smashes OS X out the window.
I had to use a Mac for the whole year last year to do my video editing, I cried. Simple? Its simple if you want to check your e-mails, anything that requires a slightly higher level of intelligence, then it becomes equal to using and launching a rocket.

actually its not a lie if you knew your pc history you would know that all the hardware in a mac was invented by pc companies. like in 1956 IBM invented the hard drive, or in 1968 IBM also invented DRAM.CDroms where invented by sony and philips, intels 8088 in 1978, the 68020 processor was invented by motorola in 1984 for the apple2, so in conclusion so much for apple making its own hardware now the usb port is in all modern day pcs and macs how ever firewire ports are not in pcs automatically.

immature comment, i was using Windows for years (i used Windows 2000 and XP) and when i used XP i hated it, it was slow, programs would quit unexpectedly and i got tired of it and started to look for solutions and i downloaded Ubuntu and it was much better than Windows and then i bought a Mac 4 months ago and i love it, I don't have to worry about viruses, security exploits and the OS is much better engineered, the only thing that PC's are good for is gaming and since Mac can run Windows...
