Here some ideas to start with. First change the video icon so other people don't see the face even before they watch the video. Secondly use real video footage and not a photo with grain added. Thirdly make the introduction a lot shorter and put it in subtitle form over the video. All of these things will contribute to the supposed genuinity of the video.
