Well...he came to Nashville back in September to show his film "What Is It?" and there was a book signing afterward. The show("An Evening With Crispin Hellion Glover") consists of a 'Big Slide Show' in which he reads a few of his books, whichever movie he is showing, a Q&A session(He answered one of my questions), and a book signing. I was one of the last people in line for the signing and I think I might've scared him a little because I asked to touch his hair...

I'm not doing or TRYING to do anything uncivilized, Ryan(if you don't mind my calling you by your name), but I was in that line for more than an hour and I talked to him for around 5 minutes, maybe more. Anyway...the only person who can really say that someone is a "Crispin Glover historian" happens to be Crispin himself. And I was just stating my opinion by saying that his normal speech pattern does not actually sound like that...

I think that what brainiacbelle is trying to say is that the video is supposed to be a dramatized version of the way a lot of Crispin Glover's characters sound...and I agree and it's supposed to be funny, of course. But it could have been said a lot nicer...and without the shoving of words down Kidonia's throat. I'm sure she didn't want anyone to think she was the most knowledgeable person on earth when it came to Crispin Glover. So calm down children or I'll turn this internet around.

That is exactly it and I didn't want to sound mean but it got my back up because Kidonia came off as super pretentious. I mean, David Lynch doesn't walk around ACTUALLY wiggling his hand all the time...although he does do it a lot when describing wind ...hence the funny immitation.
