I've figured out why Mae isn't as famous as most artists: people truly don't know what real music is anymore, and just go for redundant beats, awful lyrics and constant cursing. This surely is music at its finest.

I honestly don't like this song very much. I admit the lyrics are great, but it's definitely not a hit. The music keeps building up and I keep waiting for that awesome chorus, but then it just falls down slow again. It's not fast but it's not slow, it's at a medium that irks me. How would you dance to this? I want to dance to some parts if it were a bit more upbeat, but then it just slows down again. It doesn't have that "bam" "wow" factor.

Songs that hold tension throughout provide some relief from the typical "verse, chorus, verse, chorus" mode that most mainstream music falls into. For those who appriciate music for the musical aspect of it and not just needing something to dance to, it's a breath of fresh air, as is Mae in general.

I recently discovered Mae - great band.

I really like the lyrics, very imaginative. I think the song is about wanting someone so badly, about wanting to give into passion, and how someone can be freed by finally having someone's love & affection.
