  • Carl Wilkens = what a fucking dude

  • r.i.p

  • Why they did not give a mirror to Kofi Annan? Didn't he realize that he is also black? He is the clear example on how power can corrupt your soul, almost 800,000 learn it the hard way

  • @DDMWS1234- I agree with you. But that's a pattern in World History. Government decisions are conditioned by preceding historical events for better or for worse. The US after the Korean War saw the Vietnam War as a war of expansionism rather than a war of self-determination. What tragic in Rwanda is that a military intervention from the West could have prevented the genocide. Then the racial tension would have to be resolved in other more constructive and peaceful way.

  • The West was still paralyzed by the recent incident in Mogadishu, They did not want another Somalia to take place.

  • @carlosluz70 a very cowardly stance by there government

  • You mean they were there to pull out all Americans, which happened to be all white. Deal with it. Africa sucks it always will.

  • Well the problem is they do not have oil! If they just have had oil.. The NATO would bomb the shit out of them no problem. That is the usa,NATO politics.

    Fuck you nato!!! Fuck you!

...poor rwanda people i can't even imagine how did they feel.

  • NO!!! Did the USA run away leaving their employees to die, hmmmmm vietnam????

  • no good samaritans found among europeans and americans here, save your ass and to hell with everybody else!!!

  • @cuzcatlan36 Canis Canem Edit is the rule the world lives by.

  • "anyone with white skin got to get on a plane and leave, anyone with black skin had to stay" this disgusts me!

  • Even a dog could get on a plane but not a Tutsi child! What the Fuck is the world coming to! we civilians need to make our own army and fight for humankind these funkin politians and goverment only want to fill their pockets they dont give a FUCK about us we need to fight for our freedom if goverment dont do it than we shall!

  • As long as extremists live, genocide is always inevitable. Its up to the people of the U.S. to decide wether or not we will let it happen. Will you let us stop it or would you protest Rwanda like you protest iraq

  • Well mabey this is why we shouldn't protest against America getting in wars. Because if we don't, things like this will happen. It happened in Iraq, Serbia, Bangladesh, and in Poland and it will happen again as long as there are extremists.

Oh and i hate to rain on your parade nightcrawlerr but Canada pulled out too. Canada did the exact same thing as the U.S. so shut up about leaving people for dead.

  • I don't mean to be an A hole but why didnt the UN just use force agaisnt Hutu racial extremists?

  • racism

  • The UN did not have to "get out of the country" as someone put it. It was a choice and a choice that runs counter to the Genocide Convention that was ratified in 1951. Again, people are leaving posts here without doing their research. The UN gets troops from countries and there was capacity but not a willingness to intervene. Bill Clinton said the U.S. could and should have sent American troops and he thinks this would have saved half of the people who were slaughtered.

  • Before people claim that something is propaganda they should do their research. Sources for those of you who actually want to educate yourselves instead of living in ignorance.

The concept of race as we know it today is introduced by whites in the 19th/20th century- Race The Power of an Illusion

  • i swear by god that these people are cowards

  • Tutsis were given favored treatment and in 1933 ethnic identity cards were issued making it impossible for Hutu to be Tutsi. When Rwanda becomes independent in 1961 the Hutus with 85% of the population don't want to get rid of the ethnic identity cards because it proves they are the majority and should have power. This is when attacks on Tutsis begin. So thank you, white people for using invalid race science to create ethnic divisions where none had existed. By the way, I am a Republican

  • @hmgmcd There had always been ethnic tensions between Hutu's and Tutsi's 400 years before there was even a German or Belgain occupation THIS IS FACT. This is pure propaganda. It was the same for practically all African tribes even before Arabic, Berber or Western European occupation, all the way from the Zulu's to the Niam Niams of the Congo, to the Pygmies and the Bantu's etc, etc.

I for one do not by this propaganda that were NO ethnic tension between the African tribes prior to colonization.

  • Comment removed

  • The difference between Hutu and Tutsi was based on social class not ethnicity and was the division was permeable. No ethnographer would classify them as distinct groups. Belgians created the division between Hutu and Tutsi because of their belief in race science and that the sharper featured people in Africa were descendants of a long lost white tribe and were therefore superior.

  • Many people leaving comments here need to learn more about Rwanda's history. Yes, black Africans were killing black Africans, but did you know that prior to colonization Hutus and Tutsis lived in harmony. Early missionaries are quoted as saying that they formed "of but one people" and that you would never find that type of cohesion in Europe.

  • Oh please. There to save white people. My ass. What if some black American was in Rwanda? They wouldn't rescue him because he was black?

The job was limited to getting the country's people out. It may have been shortsighted, it may have been a terrible decision with horrific consequences. But they didn't say "Hey, run over there and save white people." They said "Run over there and save Americans."

  • so very sad, It makes me angry that help was available an yet not giving. That lady that was expalining what was going to the jornalist was killed soon after asking for help. The evil that men do.

  • This had nothing to do with race. Did no1 see the Arab looking guy geting takin out of rowanda? It had to do with passports. If you had the right passport. You could get out

  • @unbindingfloyd may be it had nothing to do with race as you say...but are you sure they were checking "paper passports"? Or "skin passports". Even if they were, which they weren't, I bet if a light skinned guy and a dark skinned one came to them arguing they lost their passports, do you think they would get the same answer?

  • @udahemukajc And are YOU sure that no dark skinned peoples claiming they lost their passports didn't get the same treatment? You must be a white American lib, always thinking the worst and giving others guilt as if you would have done something different.. How about mentioning that black Rwandan's were killing black Rwandan's, blacks killing blacks, oh they killed whites also, guess that makes them non-racist which is better than genocidal murderers.

  • Comment removed

  • @slippolives I didn't mean to put on the same scale murderers with "Whites saving only Whites" or I should have said foreigners instead of white! I didn't mean to give a racial dimension to my comment! But please, if we talk about international COMMUNITY we should act as well and by not leaving civilians behind, knowing that the "behind" is full of machetes!!! That is not how a COMMUNITY works

  • I am not sure what good unarmed women and children (embassy staff) could have possibly accomplished by staying... The UN was there, yet they were told to stand down. We are damed if we do, and damed if we don't help other nations...it is a no win situation for the US

  • There were there only to save the white skin??

  • Laura Lane and the Adventist Aid worker brother are my Heroes!! Excellent great brave hearts! I pray God bless you, bless your families and all your Generations to come. I was knelt down by 7 men armed with ak 47 in central african republic by God is with us I know those situations, you have GREAT HEART pls write to me.

  • Laura Lane is a good hearted woman...

  • Man I can barely watch this. Sickens me so much.

  • 4:10 that man is a piece of shit...holding Bible sessions with those people. Where was your invisible friend back then?

  • @andyrooney11 Your calling him a piece of shit when he stayed to try and help people what are fucking retarded you should be calling Europe the U.S and the U.N a piece of shit for having the power to stop the genocide but did nothing and just saved the white people instead getting pissed off at religion when you should be pissed off at the people responsible dumbass.

  • @J3rEmY17

When you argue with an idiot you only insult yourself...for that reason I am going to disregard the utter stupidity of your comment. Goodbye.

  • @andyrooney11 I could say the same thing.

  • @andyrooney11 im an atheist, but that man and his belief in his invisible friend did more for those people than any1 wanted to do at the time, i salute him!

  • Oh please! It had fuck all to do with saving them because they were "white" their government sent troops over to save their own, the colour of their skin had fuck all to do with it, fucking media always trying to brainwash and cause hatred!

  • I think theres too much emphasis on black vs white here. its natural that the foreign forces would evacuate their own citizens, who mostly happened to be white.

  • the U.S. Marines now train in the mountains, climbing cliffs real intense type training, cause remember the Marines is a Branch off the Navy, trained to kill with no mercy, pro's in the sand is what they are and that's mainly why there more Marines in Iraq than Rangers, Jungle Warfare Veteran

  • The US should have helped the tutsis and non-racist hutus not only WHITE people or Americans...

.i appreciate the people that helped hide or protect tutsis or hutus

  • @Angie18909 well, the government ordered the UN out of the country on purpose so they wouldn't know about what happened, and it wouldn't be an international atrocity

  • @puchy110 Incorrect. The government of Rwanda did not order the UN out of the country. Not to mention that member nations of the UN have a legal obligation to act when genocide is taking place- look up Raphael Lemkin's work and the Genocide Convention. The Tutsi rebel army or RPF, did not support a robust UN force because they saw the UN as propping up a Hutu regime that was committing the genocide, probably because D.C. bureaucrats were telling Kagame to negotiate with the extremists.

  • @hmgmcd the UN had to get out of the country 'cause the war was getting out of hand, and they didn't have that mnay troops there to stop it, and if D.C. negotiated with the extremists, then it might not've happened

  • @Angie18909 Rofl, you do know the Tutsis did the same thing to the Hutus in Burundi in 1972, right? Go read some history that isn't in your old high school text book.

  • @Valium762 actually to compare 1972 to this is a stretch- the hutus started that one as well- killing evert tutsi in sight and hutus who refused to join in the killings- the tutsi army responded killing an est 80000-210000 in retalliation- not that its justified but those are the facts

  • @salvadory You're an idiot, Burundi and Rwanda are like a mirror of each other. With each being a nightmare scenario for the other country. The Tutsis in Burundi had been in power of 400 years and enacted repression campaigns against the Hutus excluding them from the military and government office. Thus an insurgency occured. After they killed all the rebels in '72 they rounded up every educated Hutu in the country and executed them. It was the same.

  • @Valium762 yes but the killings were started by the hutus- ps the tutsis did not seek out children and target any europeans- im not excusing any of them- did the tutsis start a murderous campaign when they were excluded in rwanda- when they were repressed- no they didnt- the rebel army maintained a prescence and fought the hutus in the power struggle but ordinary tutsis did not participate in killings like the hutus- both were wrong but if you had to weigh the evil the hutus were guiltier

  • @salvadory The Hutu's started a rebellion with minimal civilian targeting in comparison, about 2000. It's main goal wasn't genocidal but to overthrow Micombero. The Tutsi army and the JRR did seek out kids and anyone else in their way, but their main target was the educated. The only reason the Tutsi didn't commit genocide in Rwanda was because they were 14% of the population, and not in power like in Burundi, compared to the Hutu's 84%. Both commit genocide equally.

  • @Valium762 actually id argue the 1972 tutsi retalliation did not target children though some were killed- by the way the hutus were in power as you well know in rwanda and still went after the tutsis to wipe all of them out- not only the educated but the whole population including infants- like i said both are at fault but rwanda was 1972 ramped up to the extreme- including the killing of un and targeting of christian missionaries etc-

  • @salvadory False. When the Tutsi army moved into Bujumbura during their "clean up" operations, they targeted Hutu civilians indiscriminately. They also killed thousands of protestant ministers and about a dozen priests. And the only reason the Tutsi in Burundi didn't try to wipe out all Hutu was it was impractical to kill off 84% of the population.

  • @Valium762 yes but they didnt collect lists like nazis as the hutus did- the tutsi army shot everyone who got in the way no doubt but they didnt have a preplanned method to to eliminate all hutu children- the hutus made it part of their plan to wipe out the entire tutsi population and sought the children especially as they represented the future tutsi descendants- the priests in burundi were still hutus- not european or missionary priests like many in rwanda- the hutu targeting of belgians etc

  • @salvadory Because you can't wipe out 84% of the population, especially considering the main export in Burundi was coffee. Killing off all the Hutu laborers would be impossible without also completely destroying the country. The next best thing is to use genocide for terroristic reasons. If the demographics had been reversed they absolutely would have killed everyone.

  • @Angie18909

Anybody who was embassy staff and expatriates and such would get to leave. Anyone who wasn't would not get out. Let it be clear despite what the guy is saying in the beginning of this video that people weren't rescued because they were white but because they were originally residents from another country.

  • @Angie18909 :

Where were the African countrys ? Why didnt they help ?

  • THERE IS NO OIL IN RWANDA ...thats why no one cared....wickedness in the highest order

  • your wrong sir there is substantiol oil reserves in rwanda

  • we failed the people of rwanda we let them die. i am very sorry to any one from Rwanda

  • 0:45-0:50

Wow... my birthday is April 10.

  • wow thats sad :(

  • I wish that Africa wasn't such a bloody hell whole... Once the Europeans leave, and especially the Brits everything goes too hell.

  • Rwanda was a peaceful, stable country before the Europeans took over in the late 19th century and early 20th- the Germans and the Belgians. They fucked everything up.

  • @milovy

thts truee...i hate when countries invade other countries...like why not just stick to ur country and stay there

  • @milovy

You saying there was no war or conflict before the late 19th century in Rwanda?

  • @June28July :

No they lived in peace and harmony like in paradise. Lions were eating gras instead of zebras and all people were loving each other.

    LOOL

  • @milovy :

Of course, Africans have noooo fault. Its all the Whites. You are talking crap.

Always blame others for your own shit !

  • @dirtyharry9111 Yes, IT is all the Africans fault. The Tutsi and Hutu rivalry had existed LONG before their ever were europeans there, take your Leftist propaganda and shove it up your ass!

  • @LordMalice6d9 Agreed I hate how some Africans make up all this bullshit. The countries in Africa that were never colonized are the poorest worst off countries today, while those that were colonized the longest are often the best off. Marxist Afro-centrics can put that in their pipe and smoke it.

  • @milovy The countries in Africa that were never colonized are the poorest worst off countries today, while those that were colonized the longest are often the best off. Stop making up your bullshit Africans fought all the time before White people ever came.

  • @SuperBenzid this is true

  • @SuperBenzid There are only 2 African countries which were never colonized, and they aren't any worse off than most of the others.

  • @rabbitwho Liberia, Sudan, Somalia and Ethiopia are the countries and they are evidence for what I said. Note two of those countries repulsed and resisted real colonization efforts and remained largely uncolonized. How can you say Liberia is not worse off than most African countries?

  • @rabbitwho Not quite accurate exactly. The African territories and countries that were colonized were mostly in Western Africa.

  • @LordMalice6d9 not true. look it up. Thanks.

  • @SuperBenzid stfu

  • @crazypartyman1

But the US had the resources that could have saved all of those people, but they just chose not to, because the US has more 'important' issues to deal with, like not enough american families can afford to keep their SUVs with the rising gas prices

  • what recources? the US was not attacked. The US had no treat with the Tutsi. And remember American politicians are elected to represent the american people. If these Europeans had balls they could have stopped it. Instead he took orders from the UN and let the Hutsi grab the weapons. Typical European cowerds.

  • @mizzoulibertarian FUCK YOU? The United States supported Kagame lead RPLF did NOT want to know about negotiations.. They new that they would win if the civil war would be able to continue. And the missile used to bring the presidential plane down was a Stinger!!! Now do you see a small light of terrible truth!!!!

  • what evedence do you have a stinger was used? I would bet a russian sam 7 was used. can you cite any good sources? why would the US government want this?

  • still can't get over the fact that this is just terrible!!!

  • It's just growse.

From a political POV I understand that the first thing to do was to evacuate all americans,

but still it was no excuse.

  • its a big ethical question. true, its not right that only whites were rescued. but if they had let everyone on the UN convoy then there would be anarchy, fights to get on the convoy and in the end they wouldve all been killed. Do you save a few and leaves thousands or try and save everyone and risk saving no one?? theres a question

  • This was pure ethnic cleansing, racism, focus on 1 race just like in WO 2. They could've also attacked the whites, the old 'devils' but didn't. They was like predators hunting on their own brothers and sisters. How evil.

  • Damn, was wondering what I was going to specialize in final year of law, have decided its going to be international criminal law, cant let these fkrs get away with it..

  • It wasn't that we were there to save "white ppl, not Rwandians", it's that we were there not save non-Rwandians. There was no infrastructure to save everyone. How could you possibly choose who gets to be saved and who doesn't? I wish they had saved more though. This shows why countries need stability. Other countryies CAN NOT come in and save everyone all the time. Now there are ppl being killed by their country - RIGHT NOW.

  • oh sure save the stupid dog

  • Just Carl stayed..All those other diplomats and such...mention the racist evacuation policy but decided to use the US passport. Left them all behind...Now they are accusing the rescuers of being immoral. And that General !!! What was he thinking when he let those Belgians soldiers die.

In the end, I guess they just wanted to live. Only the General has dishonored himself.

  • typically racist westernes

  • Unfortunate, but true.

  • bunch of stupid asses talking here... If I was the CINC I would of put 50k troops in asap... by the way you natzi's I hope when you close your eyes for the last time and you see GOD... I hope he is Black.. wouldn't that be funny

  • FUCKIN COUNTRY....FACE LIKE MONKEY....HEART LIKE ANIMAL.....just for the power and region. EVIL MONKEYS..............

  • You're an idiot! Nothing is that simple. You can't just generalize an entire country.

  • you are an idiot monkey......yes...entire country.....ENTIRE african country, all your life style exactly the same like animal.....who strong who win.....that's why your fuckin african country like a big zoo.......kenya,rwanda,somalia,nigeria,south africa,ethopia,zimbabwe,....and more ...and more....poor,hungry,died like animal .thingk about it monkey...!

  • It's like that everywhere in one way or another, The problem is that Africa is so poor that it can't get it's feet off the ground. If the US sank to the level of poverty that Africa did then we would be in a similar position, w/ there being a huge gap between the poor and those in power. Do you really think that every single African person wants things like Rwanda to happen? Of course not, especially not everyday people that just want to live their lives! But they don't have the privledges we do

  • and you are a fucking PIG u idiot PIG

  • ...And are stuck in vicious cycle. I'm sure that if you asked most African people if they'd rather have war or if they'd rather have peace that they would answer the latter. These people behave like "animals" because they are desperate and have been exposed to horrors that someone like you probably couldn't dream of. It's all they know! But they aren't animals. Why do you have such animosity toward them? They want change but don't have the means to do so.

  • i don't have any word to say....i was so sad to see the little kids suffer, their parents got killed, they have to face their future without their parents. FUCK.....FUCK....FUCK.....THIS LIFE IS NOT FAIR,,,,,,

  • but calling them monkeys is NOT a SMART way of analyzing this situation...

  • Unfortunately, he has bought into racist media propaganda that has largely influenced the way we think in the world. Particularly here in the west where a black persons life is worth less than that of a white persons. The world sees and hears this shit broadcasted from the media and the world thinks it is true. We live in a society full of double standards and this is a prime example of one.

  • YOU WHITES ARE PIGS AND HONKEYS.

  • FUCKING HONKEY COUNTRY. EVIL PIGS

  • Umm...maybe you don't know your history but I am white and I do and there is no race on earth that has caused more violence or perpetrated more chaos than the white race hands down. Prove me wrong. Also white people being more intelligent is a falsity. From 1700's onwards race was used as a tool to keep people who were not of the dominant racial background subservient. Skin color has nothing to do with intelligence.

  • Look up the history of war

you will see that all countries have had constant war

Not just white - but all races

  • "It has been our good pleasure to rate ourselves(white people) above others to reassure our SUPPOSED superiority". Alexis De Tocqueville 1835

  • Your ignorant remark belies your supposed intelligence. I challenge you to be a study of history.

  • so and when stuff happens in ur country it hits world wide so dont even say that stupid mess kwasia sem papa

  • y do pple find it so hard to feel our pain god y are pple so heartless they should be risking there life to save us there the ones who sponsored the whole thing thats like u burning some one den offering free health care pls dont leave cold blooded comments i think only a real africa can feel the pain and real sympathy 4 these pple cause it takes one to know one

  • no wonder ppl hate usa

  • As I Canadian, I'll be the first to say that Canada abandoned our own general, Romeo Dallaire, and left him to his own devices.

He alone is a hero. The government of Canada wanted him to leave and he refused. This was a total moral failure on Canada's part.

  • Comment removed

  • I wonder why black people kill black people and still blame it on whites!!! How can someone of another race convince me to kill my own brother? When white people kill white people, do they ever blame it on black people?

  • At least the Belgians went back for their people.

  • They should have stayed and protected the tutsi's... But on the other hand, nobody knew what was going to happen..

  • Yeah, can't blame them for not staying.

  • "Good and Evil" are only human ideas. They have absolutely nothing to do with reality. In thier natural state, humans are selfish and brutal.

I could be wrong, but I struggle to believe that there's any hope for humans unless we can evolve. And because of our activities we may not have time to do that.

  • selfishness. Could someone pleease explain to me why people say evil never prevail against good.coz it did here.

  • THE GOOD ALWAYS PREVAIL OVER THE EVIL IN THE END,(THAT IS THE SAY)that the way it is,look at history to see the fact, our modern civilization is young but before the was other great civilization where are they now?

  • I want to hug Laura---she is a great human being

  • I am so ashamed of the US.

  • clinton says he regrets not stepping in to stop the genocide. i believe him not because he says so but because i don't think he realized back then how many people were to die.

  • BULLSHIT--He is lying----I am liberal but I KNOW 1ST hand having been there when this started---HE ANd THE UN KNEW

  • it has nothing to do with race and everything to do with power and control. tribes in that region have battled and killed each other for tens of thousands of years. dont think that western countries can stop what only comes natural for african tribes to solve power struggles. it sounds cold but this is the way it may have to be for times to come.

  • It took until 1945 for Europe to stop having major wars with each other.

  • That is also true. Control and power is the key to all war. Europe is not immune. Remember that much of eastern Europe is waring right now. Look at Russias actions in Georgia today.Rwanda was ingnored by Clinton not because he does'nt care about human life, but because it was not a U.S. interest. Life sucks for most outside America and Europe. Be glad you are an insider. Not one of the discarded ones trying to survive in the 3rd world.

  • I have to disagree. I have studied Rwanda Tutsi and Hutu were made when the Belgian colonized Rwanda. So it is my interpretation that the west looked at it like just another African country were the blacks are killing each other and didn't give a shit

  • are you suggesting that a possibility of divide and conquer? ... as that would be the best way to destroy people without taking blame.

a friend said to me that this is part of the nwo plan and that clinton's 'not understanding' is only convenient with the discussions that possibly occurred while he attended the secret meeting in around 1991. (something he apparently publicly admitted to).

    that's scarey!

  • Its a shame that we didn't do anything I think that the USA has a fundamental obligation to make sure atrocities like this never happen (whether military or economic sanctions). We allowed it to happen in Cambodia, Bosnia, Rwanda , and currently in Darfur and Iran. Where people in Darfur are killed raped and displaced because of their ethnicity,Iran where religious minorities (particularly members of the Bahai faith) are denied their basic human rights. WE HAVE THE POWER TO END GENOCIDE

  • you studied rwanda? and didn't come across some info on how rwanda was a german colony before belgium took it over for war reperations? it was the germans that divided them into hutu and tutsi, the divisions were already there when the belgians came and took over.

  • I did but i didnt mention it beacuse In my opinion it was the Gearmans who divided Rwanda into the two ethnic groups (Tutsi, Hutu. But it was the Belgian who really depended on Tutsi rule to collect taxes enforce Belgian policies. Hence Divide and conquer!

  • The Belgians and The French supplied the Machetes-

I HATE the clintons and the USA for this

  • Excuse me, But why do you hate American's for this when it was the Belgian's and the French supplied the Machete's. I do not like The Clinton's and America because they did not intervene at all, But never because of what The Belgian's And French did.

  • What do you think we need to accomplish worldwide peace? It seems the fundamental requirements are law (rules and regulations concerning unacceptable behavior), law enforcement (military, interstate, state, and local.) It also seems to require the punishments for breaking those laws must outweigh the motives for breaking the laws. Did you know that Albert Einstein felt this topic was far more important than science? He was very concerned about us, during the latter half of his life.

  • the only thing that could cause world peace would be if aliens attacked the Planet, a common enemy would be the only thing that could get humans to put aside all differences and unite on the simple common denominator of being a human being

  • let me give you a reality fact what africa has gone through, was to prepare them. in this sense africa will be the last great nation before christ comes they are going to help every person in the world they are not going to let what happened to them happen to others.... THEY WILL STOP ALL OPPRESSION. WAIT AND SEE.

  • re: "They are going to help every person in the world they are not going to let what happened to the happen to others."

    1. I have spoken with people from Africa. African tribes have been at war with other African tribes possibly for centuries. They will need to stop actions of war within themselves first. 2. What are your premises for your claim I quoted above? If it is a belief, what are the reasons that you believe it is true?

  • why do blacks have to hate blacks why does one have to hate the other why not peace why not slove the problems then to use hatred and death..what I don't understand is why did the American government to help those who were being slaughtered

  • Instead of "why do blacks have to hate blacks" you should have said why do we humans hate each other? Let's not forget that wars/tragedies are not only seclusive to the African continent.

  • What goes around comes around... We will pay for this in the very near future. 9/11 was nothing compared to what will strike our great nation.

  • oh my god they took a dog!!!

I guess a animal is more important even, disgusting!!!

white black yellow or purple we all look the same in the meat locker

  • Why would the color of a person's skin have any bearing on one's impetus to help other human beings? The differences between us are not so great as people like you would have us believe delorean, it is people like you who divide and polarize the world until there is no hope for unity and understanding

  • I love how some of you make it about a race having an obligation... WTF?! It is about human beings doing their duty to help other human beings who are suffering. People like you give credence to the rational of why should we help them? They aren't like us.

  • iam african but i still dont know why the africans fight..........cant understand...now it seems zimbabwe is gona do the same.........why i dont know

  • gay belgian shit...

  • From reading the comments, the consensus seems to be that this is all the fault of Whites. The Tutsis and Hutus, i.e the Blacks, bear no responsibility for their behavior. So, do most of you then believe that Blacks are a child race, who will never be adults, and are in need of permanent custodial care?

  • The whole world bears responsibility, because ultimately there is no such thing as black or white. There are only human beings, with souls who wear cloths of bodies with dark and light skins. Those who have done evil or acted in cowardice will find no escape from their guilt.

  • deloran918, you would be the type who would look at one of these little kids and walk away laughing knowing that the kid will die without your help. YOu wouldn't help the kid because of his skin color. Its a sick world. I am in the Military fighting for sick as people like you, who only care about one color? you are sick in the head. Also, the tribes are responsible for the murder, but the world stood by and allowed it to happen. If they were white, I bet you would not be saying this.

  • If you are fighting for me then you are doing it against my will. Stop it!

You seem to think you have constructed a complete psychological profile of me from my brief comments.

  • deloran918, oh no trust me I am not fighting for you, I'm finding it hard to imagine how someone like you could make such comments. Your comment below are not carefully thought out. You see, its not a matter of whose fault it was, look at our history and how we went to save Europe in WWII or the war in the balkins with the Serbs. The whole point of it is Genocide and we let it continue. Its not our fault that it happened but we could've helped prevent further murdering of families out there.

  • deloran918, disregard my comments on your post, I misunderstood it the first time I read it.

  • It is my belief that Africa is in a different stage of development than the rest of the world. Countries like the U.S. have had over 200 years to practice democracy and get over racial differences. Africans still see differences between each other along tribal lines. Even though Africans need to unite, there really was no excuse for America and the rest of the world to not get involved. I mean seriously, Machetes vs. AR15 assault rifles. This could have easily been stopped.

  • The way I see it, White's had no moral obligation to intervene in the Black on Black Rwanda violence. If some wanted to help, and some did help, fine, but they were under no obligation.

  • There is always an obligation for the powerful nations to try and stop any and all violence. 3rd world nations cannot help themselves. If they can't do it, they need people to help them.

  • deloran918, you are sick in the head for the comments you made about these people. You started off separating race and responsibility so I knew where you were going before I got to the end of your comment. Think about how many blacks and other americans of different ethnic backgrounds fought in WWII to stop Hitlers sick master race ideas and save what was left of the Jews, Pols, Ukrainians etc. and once we talk about Africa, you talk about how we have no responsibility? You are Sick!

  • I think that you are misreading the below comment. I think that Deloran918's point is that some people do assume that Blacks cannot govern themselves and that some people do assume that Whites are superior. Of course, that is a screwed up view.

  • Jesusishwh, you are right, after re-reading his post, I understand now what he means. I stand corrected thanks for clearing that up.

  • it 'll be hard to findout who we really are . it'll b 3times bad than what happened and they 'll always save white skin first. look at congo, darfur, somalia .

  • look at what bill clinton did

save the whites screw everyone else

do we really want his WIFE to be in office so they can resume their racest regime?
