@saranghae1313 It could be what @jenniferbsibayan is saying, but it could also be the fact that his mother is Korean. What I mean is this, example: My grandmother is French, and spoke French all the time at home, so my father could understand it perfectly, but he couldn't SPEAK it. That's usually the case most of the time.
