The food looks interesting. It's clearly different to what I usually eat - potatoes and some kind of meat, cow, pig or chicken, and rarely ox in red wine sauce. I am almost completely fed up with potatoes (almost traumatic now LOL) and I'm thinking of a replacement (other than pasta).
Can you please list what some of the ingredients are? It's a bit hard to figure out from what you said in the video, as my Japanese isn't very good! I saw potato, egg, and kelp. :)
That looks really good Kurt. Reminds me of long ago when we would go to Carolyn's parents house for Sunday dinner. Her mom was a wonderful cook, and we had great times together. They are gone now, but the memories linger on. Thank's for sharing this family time with us all my friend...... Doug.....=)
