in every martial art there seems to be one common belief that at higher levels you can achieve this mystic power... where did it come from ? perhaps training in energy drills would help better understand how the body sends and receives it. Its not as mystic as some may make you think, its more scientific.. how can a one inch punch generate such force unless you are able to wave energy from the inside and send it out ? perhaps less argument and more experiment.... much more out there than.

There's no supernatural explanation. It's all years physical conditioning and training. Those things alone can bring on spectacular effects. Do not cheapen it with what does not exist.

The 1 inch punch has nothing to do with any unknown energies. It works because of relaxed muscles, good technique and the fact the human body is 'mostly water' (thats where the word wave comes in) but its pressure and force nothing more. Even if there was other 'energies' at work they dont & couldnt make up more than a fracture of the result, since if they were capable of the interactions some MA clubs claim, we would see them effecting all sorts in our normal lives, but we dont.

For those who think this kind of things hard to believe (and I understand it), everyone has done a day the two experiments as following : look intensely at someones neck in the street, and make him return after few seconds ; but also turn oneself instinctively in defensive position without any apparent reason, and realizing that someone was right behind our back.

below, i said that it´s hard to believe, and that this one scene cannot be real, i don´t want to offend anyone (like many people on youtube do), but it´s really hard to believe when you see it for the first time. but i will try to visit a seminar near my hometown because i usually make my own picture before judging.

I've seen no contact combat video which was demonstrated for american's delegation by Special oreration unit in Russia and it was showing on TV.

I wish i could afford to go this systema seminar cause from what i have seen from all these clips on you tube is cutting edge fighting techniques that have unlimited potential it either military or law enforcement and to practical self defense, this is stark contrast from when i took karate where from my experiece do not think outside the box and thats what i am really impressed from what i have seen, i mean why train harder train smarter good job.
