@zorrderschnitter94 YES! this is one of his best books! its my second favorite right under Thud! you should definitely read it. Moist Von Lipwig (main character of this book) is one of the best characters in Discworld. He might even be cooler than Commander Vimes.

I really, really, really like Going Postal -- the book. As such, I have my whole own thematic and vision of it all, but this adaptation looks very interesting as well, so I think I'll enjoy it in a different way...

Not to mention, the one playing Stanley hits all the right notes for me, never mind if you only saw him for a few quick flashes -- I knew it was him with those stamp sheets in hand, and I was always fond of him...

i´ve watched the first twenty minutes or so, and i liked it immensly so far! i´d even say it´s the best pterry adaptation so far. yes, vetinari is ginger (why?), but it doesn´t matter one bit... "quite." and for me, richard coyle (didn´t know the actor before, i´m not british) is perfect as moist. he fits the "handsome, but unremarkably so" description very well, and it is amazing how he changes, when he puts on a beard and another accent. can´t wait for the rest!

WTF??? They made Vetinari GINGER??? A GINGER VETINARI??? W....T....F???? It all looks so cheap and stupid... Moist is utterly miscast IMHO (my ideal Moist would be John Simm...).

I'm desperate to know when it's coming out in America. I'm a fan of Richard Coyle and an even bigger fan of Terry Pratchett. Going Postal and Making Money are two of my favorites. I also enjoyed Sky1's adaptations of The Hogfather and The Color of Magic. I can't wait to see this.

Finally. A trailer. Sky had us wait quite a long time. I'm gonna have to read the book again before may! Look's as it's going to be quite cheesy and surreal- just the way it's supposed to be. Golem looks just, well, ridiculous, but Adora belle seems to be quite in character (:

Since this looks so goofy, I'm afraid that it'll be as bad as Color of Magic again. At least that film was based on a less than straightforward set of books.
