No, Sakura Sakura is a song from the Japanese folk group Rin'. What you're referring to is Sakura (one word) and is in the Japanese minor key, not this major scale that you're hearing in this vid. Just keyword youtube Sakura. And then keyword Sakura Sakrua Rin'. You'll see the difference.

a qipao isn't a fake chinese dress. china is a ethnically diverse country. the qipao is a modernized version of the manchurian outfit. many professional western women admires the way it looks & it also serves as an attraction in chinatowns of western countries. although pretty, hanfu is less practical/convenient for the modern person bc of the layers of fabric & the long sleeves, so it isn't necessarily "better". just depends on your perspective.
