Assuming this was all real and physically possible without dying, with how little the difference is in the mass between characters, they'd all fall at the same speed, but Wario is so fat, he'd have more drag and it would slow him down, so he'd come in last. Wow, that was all one sentence... Um, the girl would probably win, or maybe shadow. With something like this, aerodynamics matter more than weight (though something feather light and flimsy (like a feather) would get caught up by the wind.
