Simple is best! Let the music come from you, not the equipment. Eric has mastered the use of this setup which has freed him to use it as a tool to play from within. I find complicated gear time consuming. You spend a long time setting it up and not enough focusing on music.

I very much appreciate straight guitar tones..not so much effects..it's a tone beauty must for a guitar..and EJ proved that

@deathscythekim729 I second that! I used to want weird effects that made cool noises like Vai and Satriani, but musical tone has become a big priority over almost everything else, in my pedals, amp, and my own ability.

@ectomy1235 it doesn't look like it is on Itunes, weird... I got it at a local cds store called waterloo records. I saw it at barnes and noble book store as well. MAn good luck getting it as it is a really cool cd. Kind of more relaxed has a nice vibe and stunning EJ playing throughout
