The moss is a combination of java moss and another type of moss that I cant remember the name but it looks identical to Java moss except its not an aquatic moss. I have a fern in there as well as a bromeliad and the plant that is in the front left that is growing in the middle of the pod is some type of vide that I got from LLL Reptile. I got most of my plants there including that vine. Oh, and there is the orchid in the upper left hand corner that I got a home depot about 5 years ago!
at the bottom is clay terracotta balls, then a synthetic filter layer, then a mixture of sand and peat moss, then a variety of things, like different types of mosses, a little bark that came in the spring tail container and pebble where the waterfall is.
Can u have the pump for a waterfall in like a pile of rocks in a pool of water or can the rocks affect the pump at all thxs! :P
