Its about a girl who longs for something interesting in her life to happen (she is looking for anyone weird in particular, but some examples are aliens, psychics, and time travelers) and a guy who is dragged along with her with her ideas. Her personality and her "powers" get them into many strange and odd events and is hilarious to watch.
including the fact that an alien, a psychic, and a time traveler are among the people she co-opts into her hunt, and their all chasing her to figure something she did three years ago
