@rockerf777 although you are right about the ABEC grading system, it's not really the best system for determining how good skateboard bearings are. things like durability, wear, speed and how well they stand up to the impact of landing are not included in the ABEC system, but are very important for skateboard bearings. I think that in order to really compare or make reccomendations about bearings, everybody should switch over to Bones' way of measuring the quality of bearings.

im not a pro but i think u should get just any trucks cause i ordered offline and they were fine they were royal trucks but silver are good thats what i have now

deck i reccomend a 7.6 - 7.75 thats a good size range... for starting i started with a 7.5 and i didnt like it as much as my friends 7.6

wheels get 53 i got 55 at first and i didnt like them very much mine were hard and i like medium wheels now

try a 7.5 then once u got some basic tricks like kickflips then go straight to an 8

for trucks go with either 7.75 or 8 just so u dont need bugger trucks later

wheels just get some bones like 50-52s

dude, if you're a beginner, go for a wider board, like 8 inches atleast. and maybe 31 inches in length. just ask them what's right for you at a skateshop, they'll help you out; trust me.

He's got all the bearing part wrong!!! ABEC is from 1-9 only odds. 1 is the slowest and heaviest ones you can get but they are more durable.!!! 9's are for speed they are durable but not as much. i would recomend abec 7.
