  • Yes it works great ... first it went only right for me... then after a little practice I can turn it the other side and indeed now I can let move to both sides!

  • peice of cake.

  • atomatic switch for me ,,, just picture her when she looks away and her foot its going clockwise ,,, pretend her foot is infrount then BAM! counterclockwise

  • She always is spinning to the right for me.

  • sometimes i see right sometimes i see left

  • My mom and I see her moving to different directions :D so it works

  • if you move your hands in front of her you can easily control it. :D

  • can switch'em fast now

  • i don't understand it only goes clockwise???

  • I`M RIGHT BRAINED ONLY !!! I KNEW IT !!! , INDIGOOOOOOOOOOO :)

  • i cant get it spin clockwise now lool

  • if you focus hard enough on any part of the body you can change direction with intent. It takes me about 3 to 4 secs to switch between the two

  • @KJSGuitfiddle same here dude power of intent took me a few secs but i did it a couple times

  • she switches every few secs from left to right ...timed

  • I turned her in this one too!! Btw how is this advanced?

  • I got counter-clockwise within the first 5 seconds. Then i scrolled down to read the description, scrolled back up and i saw her spinning clockwise. What does this mean?

  • Clockwise only.

  • I did it easily it the first version but she spun counter - clockwise the entire time in this one

  • why can i only make the movement change directions, when i focus on the feet of the figurine?

  • @akaGraves It's something to do with her face. The only way I've found to change her direction is by willing my perception to see her moving the other direction while examining her feet without noticing her head. You are not bending the spoon, but actually bending yourself AROUND the spoon

  • lol i looked at it 1 muinate read a commment and looked back and she was spinning a different way its really frustrating!

  • its like looking at a drawing of a cube with all the lines you know?

  • If I can move her both ways, does that mean I can orientate myself better for when I do logical things when I switch her counter-clockwise, and then be more creative when my mind focuses her clockwise?

    Would be cool to know.

  • I think what they mean is,humans do not know HOW to use their brain 100%.If i would know how to,i would probably pump out dopamine,DMT,serotonine in excessive amounts 24/7.Well actually no not 24/7 but i'd like the idea:P

  • dont look directly at the image

  • This is cool I just found out how to turn her clockwise and counter clockwise

  • I've seen this as an image before and ...i just can't see her moving clockwise! Its frustrating!

  • what if we could use all 100% of our brans, what are the possibilities as to what we would be capable of!?

  • @georgethemonkey idk one thing that might change is how u spell brain.....LOL

  • @zerofocusspot it was a typo you judgmental fuck.

  • @georgethemonkey it was a joke meant to make u laugh......ur the one being judgmental to wat i said....u gave it its own meaning

  • @georgethemonkey Humans do use 100% of their brains it is a common myth created by science fiction novels.

  • u no the average person is born with the ability 2 only 10% of their brains in their life time ( dont u ever wonder wat the other 90% could do?)

  • @gmanred4 That is not true we humans do in fact use all 100% of our brains. The only people who don't use all 100% of their brain are severely mentally retarded people.

  • @RecliningWhale you're right. Humans do use 100% of their brains. But official science says only 2% or so that's what is in major propagation because they cannot let the people think about the mind, reality, etc. in case people realize the truth. now i am high 'm drunk and humans use O% of their brains...

  • @lesperio lmao straight bro.

  • How do you make her move counter clockwise all i see is her go left? anywhere i should focus

  • @ALPHAandOMEGA44 focus on the foot thts on the ground

  • i made it fuckin move!!!!!

  • The trick is to use you peripheral vision and look just below the silhouette until it moves

  • ALRIGHT FINALLY AFTER 1 MINUTE IVE GOT IT TO TURN THE OTHER WAY AWESUM!!!!

  • This is such an old illusion. The fact that it is labeled as DNA awakening/Telekinesis frightens me. I tend not to bring magic-eye illusion books into my room when I meditate, but apparently that is how I awaken my DNA ;o)

  • it never fully turns the leg at the bottom just sways left to right but you have to trick your brain to thinking it keeps going the way you want it to

  • This is not Telekinesis. Nor is there any evidence for telekinesis. This is simply an optical illusion and it appears you're changing the direction but your brain is simply reinterpreting the same animation in an ambiguous way.

  • just watch right and left leg, you'll see when they switch

    optical illusion

    and video is montage

  • people need to lay off with all the "DNA AWAKENING" talk.. it makes no goddamn sense, and you are being ass raped by new age trash mentality.. give it up already

  • she never fully turns she goes back and fourth

  • the image flips once its her right foot then its her left foot.

  • i just have to look at the buttom of the screen then she turns :S STRAAAANGE

  • As soon as I say to myself "I am safe" she starts to spin counter clockwise. Then I say to myself "I see the big picture" she starts to spin clockwise again. Check it out! As safe comes from the left brain and big picture comes from the right! Very Cool!

  • As soon as I say to myself "I am safe" she starts to spin counter clockwise. Then I say to myself "I see the big picture" she starts to spin clockwise again. Check it out! As safe comes from the left brain and big picture comes from the right! Very Cool!

  • I can make her turns to the left and right. :D

  • try and make her only turn 180 degres

  • I know the trick to this. I can move it the direction i want it to move. Curious?

  • Lol I can control her now.

  • I have spent literally the past 10 minutes attempting to let myself see her move counter-clockwise.

For the life of my I cannot get her to change directions. The description of a person with the left side being dominant was a detailed analysis of everything I stand for, and of my most valued personality traits. (As you might tell from my spelling, ie. "Words and language", "order.")

Seems like a legitimate experiment to me.

  • U can also controll ur emispheres by learning To write with both hands and learn to the righ t what u can do with left brain emisphere and inverse.

  • Most of the time it spins anti-clockwise for me but u can change that to seem clock wise by letting ur blood go to the right emisphere ,monks try to have both parts of the brain equal to reach the illumination and truth of universe,u ll.have a strange vision if u ever have both parts equal normally every human should experience that at last one time just randomly without knowing.I experienced it around 4 times and believe me it's lot more cool than any videogame :))

  • first i saw clockwise.. then i beleived theres sort of illusion to make it look like anti. and worked. nice. now i cant make it look back to clockwise lol.

  • lol the exact same thing happened to me

  • FUCKING...STRANGE!

  • ... i am confused she is moving clockwise the whole time doing the same animations the whole time. Yet some of you are seeing the animation go counter clockwise or changing half way threw. I am very artistic in nature perhaps that is why my mind is not being tricked by and illusion on a screen. i don't see a 2d image i see a 3d model on a 2d screen.

  • @DragonRoLo it's not about being tricked, 1st- it's about what side of your brain is dominate. 2nd- it's about using your brain 2 control her movements.

HINT: 2 control her focus on her feet area

right, left, side 2 side :) good luck

  • i control her good and i dont even meditate =)

  • she changes for me

    its usually counter clockwise

but if i try to stop thinking i see her spin the other way

    not in a bad way

not to say right brained people are retarded or anything lol

  • cool exercise. people actually argue over this thing. Explains a lot about differences in PERCEPTION. and World Wars if you ask me. THANKS.

  • I dont get it,what are you people talking about?I just see her spinning anti clockwise all the time...

  • HahahaHARRR!! Crazy spinning lady. You'd think she would get dizzy and fall over... It's a cool trick.

  • I am a genius!! ^O^

  • how is this even possible, wow!!

  • whats the name of this tune?

  • lol i can watch her legs and make em go like a motor boat back and forth each time

    HAHA :D cool

  • If you look at her chest you will see that she really does change direction if you look hard at it.

  • That's very odd. 10 months ago I was able to move her anyway I want to by just my mind ( WIth a clear mind) and she obeys on anyway I want her to move. Now I can't control her easy no more and my mind is not clear cuz I quit meditating like about 6 months ago. Why I can't control her easy with my mind??????

  • its so weird how she stands on a diff leg depending of the direction she spins

  • The shadow at the bottom has nothing to do with how she turns..left or right. Move it where you do not see the bottom and you can still make her turn right..left.

Stare at it hard, then move your focus a little and she will switch..even a blink in the eyes can do it.

  • i like yours the most.

you made it easier for people by timing her semi circle to the beat.

    + points for that.

  • this is awesome thanks! this one is a little easier than norm speed, i guess cause you dont anticipate as much. i got her moving on cue :) i think the trick is, to see her whole body and differentiate certain aspects of it that eitherhelp it go one way or the other, thanks again!!

  • @rjraw10 can u tell me wht to d plz thcks wb a mail

  • Both directions...!

  • right!

  • i see both and i am left handed so i am using 2 sides of my brain..

  • It's an illusion; it's a two dimensional figure spinning, your mind can give it three dimensional shape and make ti appear to spin to a given direction.

  • I only see her spinning to her right. :|

  • if i change the time she will change direction if im luckey

  • she izz moving in a clockwise direction but the shadow sat the bottom is moving in a counter clockwise direction and that gives the illusion she is moving counter clockwise

  • I'm both,.........

  • now i can make her go back and forth without even spinning all the way around like shes just kicks one way then the other, this is awesome!

  • scratch the last comment!!!! ahhhh i did it!!!! omg so cool!!!! i looked at her foot and made her go in either direction for as long as i wanted!

  • she always goes clockwise for me, its like her whole body is leaning to turn only in that direction. I keep trying to get her to go counter...i must be totally right brained! lol

  • I've looked into this now. She isn't even completely spinning, just moving back and forth. It's an illusion - pause it and there is always 2 ways of looking at the image.

  • I keep randomly controlling it...wow I will be at this a while..

  • if you skip forwards in the video she will change then rewind and she will change its not her changing its your brain changing

  • 1:31 is when she switches to go clockwise..

  • nvm this is fucked up, first time the whole time was ccw then 2nd time is was cw, this is truley wtf haha.

  • Hmmm, if I look at the tip of her leading leg and mentally pull it towards me she starts to spin in the opposite direction. Then as she begins to spin in that direction I mentally pull her leg in the opposite direction. Now I can see her pulling her leg from left to right and right to left without spinning a complete 360. This is one incredible optical illusion.

  • this is more of a illusion than being related to telekinesis dont u think?

  • ok i've pretty much figured it out. pause it when her legs are crossed, and it's easy to make up your mind. this is because you can either imagine that the kicking leg is in front of, or behind the standing leg. since it's all black, you cant tell lol. idk if it has anything to do with the side of the brain you use, because i just closed my eyes, imagined her going in the other direction, and opened them, and there she was...going in the other direction...

  • Comment removed

  • LOL When i move my finger clockwise she moves exactly the same as my finger and if i move my finger conter-clockwise and clockwise she does the exactly same thing. I can telekinetically move her very very very easily.

  • Cooooooooooool! Watch the shadow at the bottom to help her move in the opposite direction. Way cool.

  • It's an optical illusion, if it helps imagine her going counter clockwise while her leg gets on the lower part of the left side, and to make her go clockwise imagine her going that way when her leg gets to the right side. or vice versa for some ppl

  • watch the girl spining.. look away to read the description and then she turns the other way. interesting.

  • the girl changes directions at different times throughout the video. this isn't an optical illusion. its a hoax

  • Retard. I see her moving clockwise throughout the whole video. Don't be so quick to judge a video.

  • If someone see it clockwise, than try to solve some math exercise, like 34*22=.... and i think you could see it counter-clockwise ;-)

  • I dont think it works, if I move the slider it changes direction. Weird video but doesnt look like a real test. The arm always dips in a direction therefore your mind has no control over which way its going.

  • its incredible how you can switch between hemispheres :-)

  • I can telekinetically move her clockwise and counterclockwise very easily does that mean my mind has the power of telekinesis?

  • Hehe no, this is only changing between brain hemispheres, its only about optic.. I think almost everybody can change her moving, if not in a second then with some practise..

Telekinesis is something more ...mystery... BUT it can be done. Unfortunetly by only a few people i think, and maybe much less today.. you know, technical rise is not the best for mankind. We are loosing our connection with nature and unfortunetly, our "sences" like telepathy etc. :-/

  • Oh, yes. Of course it does.

There's no end to the bullshit people would believe, is there? Gosh.

  • people using the word bullshit are THE BULLSHIT

  • I can also move her clockwise, clockwise, clockwise very easily if i want to and i can do the counterclockwise the same.

  • No i focus on her body and the shadow at the same time and she still does the same thing.Wow my focus level is deep and i can think of 1 thing for a long time.

  • just concentrate on the body and it rotates clockwise and when see the shadow too then it moves anticlockwise ... try it

  • I have been quieting my mind about 8 weeks and when i focus on her with a quiet mind she moves counterclockwise, than clockwise, counterclockwise, than clockwise, counterclockwise, than clockwise and counterclockwise. She keeps doing that untill the video finishes.

  • doesn't matter if it's real or not, it's still kewl for me :P

  • To change the direction of her spinning depends on where you perceive her face or the "front of her body."

So to change directions easily pause it here 1:02

picture the extended leg in front of the straight straight standing leg (making it her right leg) then unpause it

now go back to 1:02 and picture the extended leg behind the straight standing leg (making it her left leg) unpause it

you've now switched her directions. You can do it in many more places in the video, by changing your perception

  • buddy, you can do it without pausing -.- thats why its called "exercise" ...

  • This isn't a telekinesis exercise. however it is an illusion based on Right /Left hemispheric Brain communication. SO the difference in direction is based on which side of the brain is doing the perceiving at that moment. and yes you can switch. the exercise is a good training method in consciously switching between right and left side of the brain perception. it is useful. for the use you will have to search. HEMI-SYNC

  • yeh, i did it!

  • think of a math problem like 51 times 21 and it will turn counterclockwise i swear

  • worked

  • i donno about the rest of u guys but i think the secret to change direction of her spinnin is just look at her head and then quicly run ur gaze to her reflexion of her feet... every time i do that she changes her spinni :) good luck

  • it an elusion its not rotating compleatly enless u want it to

  • Don't understand how it works but I got to pause for one sec.

  • yay im finally getting good at this

  • it goes back and forth on its on... see can it specific times...

  • I think I just proved myself wrong... I saw it changing the first time... second time, in order to "debunk" myself, I saw it going clockwise the whole time... smh

  • this is a decent mental exercise... sometimes i can force the dancer to "change direction" several times during the length of the video, but other times i just can't get her to switch. sometimes i try really hard to get my mind to control the movement, and sometimes it works... but other times if i just relax and stare blankly at it, it does it on it's own.

  • oh my god this is just an illusion

It doesnt mean anything, theres no significance, its the brain trying to work out the 3 dimensions of it.

I can get it to go both ways, by my brain interpretting it using logical assumption.

Telekinesis is controling an actual object to move with your mind.

And there is very little to prove this is possible except some footage of some woman and the word of a scientist in Russia (i think).

  • well.. the question is.. clockwise relative to what? If you look at her from below (staring up at her feet), it will be clockwise. but if you look at her spinning in the same direction from the top (staring down at the top of her head) she will be spinning counterclockwise. i understand that the perception can be changed to make her seem to change directions, but my question still stands no matter what lol

  • i cud change it with my mind pp don realize the power of the brain can do anything

  • no mind power optical illusion...

  • Did it on the first try (after reading the description), does that mean anything?

  • i can make it go either way or spin

  • Pfff. Shit.

  • Perceiving is deceiving

  • B.S. this isn't a fraud i can move her legs left right left right left right in a row and i been practicing TK for 6 months.

  • i can bend my own reflection sometimes, other wise i can open doors freely without using hands except for using hands as guides for the object i want to move

  • Hey guys . . . i think it changes the direction . . . . each some random time . . . the first change it´s at the 20 sec.

  • It's an optical illusion. If it changes it's purely your perspective. It doesn't change directions.

  • Towards the end I figured out that I could change the direction at will by looking at the shadow. It started out going clockwise.

  • i always see clockwise but with some focus i can see both

  • that's absolutely a false prove to left or right brain.......it should be wonderful it is so easy to decide this....

  • At first i couldn't figure it out, then i realized i had paused the video

  • Haha nice.

  • both D:

    is that good?

  • myth busted!

the real magic is between 5-9 seconds. keep starting at various points in that time frame. have fun with the optical illusion

  • Er, no? It has to do with how you are thinking.

  • I can switch it by tilting my head

  • For me i just focus on the legs.I can switch clockwise and counter-clockwise

  • Strange i am right brain dominant all my life. But i cannot see this spin clockwise. Hmmm Maybe my hollowsync audio meditation cd.s are working.

  • This is so kool!!!

  • It's 2 dimensional, that's the secret. You (your brain) is thinking that she is spinning around but she is not ! The 2 dimensional picture is moving from the right to the left and the opposite....this means you can see it both ways. Anyway how many times can you switch it ? I was able to do it 4 times in 1:54 before my brains started to spin around :D

  • Yay! I did it, I was able to switch for 2-3 seconds, but then I lost it again. I guess I definitely am a right brainer... cool

  • hm... interesting... I saw this with a couple of friends on the same monitor at the same time. I always see it spin clockwise, someone else sees it spin counter-clockwise (unbelievable, because I just can't see it that way) and for the others it just keeps switching

  • it keeps swiching.....

    help, im going crazy...

  • Read the different lines of script in the side bar to switch the movement in the video. Your brain is hardwired to know which things are associated with different sided brain function. So if you think "imagination" over and over again, your brain self references imagination and begins to spin the image clockwise. If you think "facts" over and over again, it will turn counter-clockwise.

  • NEVERRR FUCKING MIND THIS IS AMAZINGGGG ,HOLY CRAPPP i just braught my sister in here and we both were convinced its moving the opposit thing, then it fuckin switched on me. thats amazing

  • whaaat the fuck im probably just dumb but it only spins counterclockwise for me

  • Nevermind, i think this video is fixed man, cause there is a point where its not a constant motion, albeit very very very short period. But if you pay close attention there still is a period. And it happens to switch at me in almost the same time every time, too weird to be coinsidence

  • the next thing will be to be both left and right testicled lol

  • whoa, now she just starts with her leg furthest away and when it reaches closest point at 180 it goes back to being furthest away and spins in the other direction for 180. I think thats the secret.

  • hehehe, now I just do it at will in time to the music :D

  • YES! I DID IT! I started in right brain though. I just unfocused my eyes a bit and dotted them around the figure not looking at any bit in particular and when I looked back it had shifted =)

  • A very brainy scientist friend of mine stared at the top of her head and got her to change direction. He was amazed! It was fun to watch him. I stare at the shadow of the foot and she changes direction. I have to admit, I was amazed too. This is just joyful!

  • i look at the shadow if i want to reverse, then i look up and she is going the opposite way

  • i see it clockwise but i can reverse it

  • ok this is from some one who is being very honest people... i can move it in any direction i wish and once you get the trick it really does spin in the direction u want it to. i hope everyone gets it and the trick i used was to look at the shadow of the leg she is spinning on peace y'all

  • right

  • great sound who by

  • what 's the name of the music ?

  • You just need to have the ability to do so. Its quite easy actually.

Can do each way and alternate or one way through the whole, its up to you.

  • this video is rediculous...telekinesis is real tho
