Seriously guys? This is a ROM hack. Nova, (owner of this ROM hack) edited almost all of the level's palette (color of the level) that's why it's dark. Also, the reason why the music sounds awful, is because Nova wanted to give every level a "sour" feeling, due to the difficultiness, IMO.

@NG3661 Hey How did you get this working...I have the bin. file.........I just not sure where to put it etc.. Im using Kega Fusion (Emulator)....help would be appreciated

@Dooke80 Put the bin. file in the same folder with the Kega Fusion Emulator or create a folder naming it "Sonic games for Sega Mega Drive (Genesis)". After that, open the rom on the emulator and it will work.
