This is nothing more than the optical effect you get when looking at a point-source of light at high magnification when the lens is slightly ouit of focus.
THe cam is struggling to focus, and the disk you are seeing is the classic 'Airey' pattern that optics produce under these conditions
I routinely induce this effect deliberately when collimating (aligning) telescope optics.
Search for images using 'optical collimation star test'
The collimation star test images available almost always show how thw Airey pattern appears under good conditions,
This vid however, shows EXACTLY what the Airey pattern looks like under poor 'seeing' conditions (such as when there's a lot of moving atmosphere, or when you point the optics low above the horizon, in among all the turbulence rising from the ground)
It's 'vaguely similar' to a textbook collimation pattern, But IDENTICAL to what you see in real life when doing the collimation test.
The colours are caused by atmospheric refraction - same as you get when any star is low in the sky - The movement is caused by the cam being hand-held at high zoom
I checked location, date & time with astronomy mapping software - Venus was low to the S-W at the time.

How do you know it's the same thing? This one is more redish and you can't see movement or flashing winglights like in your video. This one might actually be a ufo, but it's very hard to tell. Not the best footage though.

it is venus...but the atmospheric distortion is altering the light been reflectd from the sun to venus through our atmosphere into your eyes... thats why the hubble telescope is in orbit...above the atmospheric distortion. otherwise we wouldnt see things properly or clearly.

I shot the footage, what you see is what you get. I have NO idea in answer to your question. I'm not a professional camera person, I simply put it on auto and pointed the camera. I was as surprised as anyone at what it captured.
at 2:03 something gets between the object and camera, a pole maybe....if it wasn't the camera moving it had to be the object.
Sometimes when you zoom in far on a bright object against a dark background the cameras aperture can make the light look like an odd shape, and although you may have recorded a genuine ufo, its true shape may have been distorted by the aperture, hence the mental flashing colors and ring shapes within. If not ...then who knows. thanks for posting :)

Possible that, would you post up a vid maybe, because this object could so easily be confirmed as Venus after all this time,haha!. There just seems a lot about on this at the moment, and some videos do vary somewhat in how this object appears?. The rings are somewhat a mystery?, however, cameras have a habit of distorting things. Either way this is a good vid :).
if you watch these clips very carefully, you will see similar paterns, similar behavior and shape with what you recorded in all of them. For example the person from Ohio has recorded at some point when it gets this black shade/vibration going across the body of the UFO as you did and the person from Manhattan has recorded exactly the same round circles at the center of the object as you have.

This however is richly coloured,and also appears to move!

The colours are caused by atmospheric diffraction.
Look at any low-down star or planet at night, and the colours change.
The atmosphere works like a prism if light comes in at a low angle splitting light into various colours.
Unsteady atmosphere causes colours to vary.
Also
I checked time, date and location with astronomy mapping software.
Matches EXACTLY with Venus.
This vid is a combination of Venus, low-down - poor optics - and crap camera technique.
