i got mine when it first came out, and it still works like new even though i've dropped it so many times and i never used a case for it

@nirvanafans1 Im using it too...since March 2010....it works absolutely great, has survived some crashes and lots of rain.....every cent for it was and still is worth it. Of course its not as fast, as the new IPT generation, but its wrking very well. I would never had guessed, that I will use this device for so many other things, than just music. ,-)

Don't get me wrong,I have an iPT and played most of the games,they were all great,in fact I'm soon getting an iPhone 4 to enjor the HD games aswell but PSP can play past consoles/handhelds aswell.(All Nintendo consoles/handhelds,PSone,Genes­is,you name it WITH buttons,iPT can do this but it doesn't feel right) and do you know about miniS? Most of games on iDevices can be ported tp PSP(Fieldrunners,Hero of Sparta,etc) and lets not forget about PSP's games.MGS,LBP,GT,etc.

Fieldrunners use touch.Hero of Sparta uses touch but they're on PSP.

Obviously you have to port/tweak the game.

Skate was born with analog sticks,PSP has that.

@GetPatriotized the shoulder buttons are used to grab the d pad is used to rewind top one and bottom and good luck trying to play using the shoulder buttons to grab left and right d pads to steer top and bottom d pads to rewind and the analog stick to trick you can only do one or two things at once playing like that..........you think fanboy..........
