to claim a strange man covered in blood and mud right near the crime scene on the night of the murders.... must have nothing to do with it makes me question your intelligence.
@megacoolhobokitty He was "right near the crime scence"? So are you now going to tell us he was seen standing beside where the kids were murdered? How close is "right near"? Bojangles is over a mile by straight line distance from the murder scene. It is actually SEVERAL miles from the murder scene by way of navigable passing. In other words, he was not "right near" the crime scene you simpleton; this is all just further evidence of your credulity and gullibility.
@xChuckNorrisKickx Wow a mile.... you're right you self righteous boob...it couldn't possibly be Hobbs just because his hair was found in a ligature at the scene or the strange man COVERED in blood and mud an entire mile away ( my grandma can walk that far in 20 minutes) on the night of the crime!...let's pin it on Damien because he checked out some books on paganism at the library.
@megacoolhobokitty At least on one can accuse you of having confused your fantasies in any fashion; you are clearly dedicated to your delusions. Continue on in your silly, uneducated, and credulous way; you're good at it.
@xChuckNorrisKickx You think we should lock up American citizens for life with absolutely no proof they did anything and I'm the delusional one...okay. I'm glad you're not in charge of anything.
They are free now ...your hypothesis about the man covered in blood is total conjecture and nothing more...eliminating him as a possible suspect is only something an ignorant lazy Arkansas cop would do and did.
She's a disgusting animal and dumber than a box of rocks. They were NOT convicted on the basis of their clothes or musical preferences; the prosecutors went after them on the basis of admissions by one of them that they, in fact, committed the murders.
@xChuckNorrisKickx an "admission" full of errors. Jesse's confession was not allowed as evidence at Jason's and Damiens trial...but one of the foremen heard about it and let everyone know about it....so they were judged on something that wasn't even allowed in the courtroom. That's not justice. The entire thing was a huge circus of ineptitude. People who can't see it astound me. Even Chuck Norris knows they didn't do it.
@megacoolhobokitty There were no substantive "errors" in his FOUR confessions. I agree with you that there was jury misconduct and for that there should have been a new trial without question. I also think that the prosecutors rushed to try the case when the investigative work was not finished yet; they should have waited it out and eventually they all would have sang. Despite this, they are almost certainly the murderers and the many confessions are really hard to ignore.
@xChuckNorrisKickx I'm curious what brings you to the conclusion that they are "almost certainly the killers."
I can respect a different point of view...you know who really is to blame are all the officials that should have turned over every rock interviewed all the family members of the victims... not 'lost' the blood scrapings from Bojangles restaraunt and handled this important case with ineptitude. Maybe we would all have the truth.
@megacoolhobokitty The Bojangles red herring is just that; a red herring. A strange man at a restaurant really does not connect in any way with anything. The families were interviewed many times. The fact on record that will stand for all time are Misskelley's many confessions. Those confessions are clear. The truth is that the most likely of all suspects are the three before you now. Misskelley will confess again.
@xChuckNorrisKickx okay it wasn't a "strange man at a restaraunt" it was a man covered in blood and mud extremely close to crime scene the very night the boys went missing.... Look I agree with you about Margaret chow....but everything else my instinctive response is "pffffffth"
@megacoolhobokitty He was not "covered in blood". He was seen to be bleeding; bleeding from his own body. He also had mud on some parts of his clothes. He was suspected by those who saw him as crazy. Still nothing to connect him to the murders. If your "instinctive resposne" to Misskelley's many confessions is "pfffffth", then you really don't care what the evidence says; you are willing to believe anything, no matter how far fetched, in favor of the three likely murderers.
@xChuckNorrisKickx It's not far feteched at all that's why people have been fighting, supporting and speaking out for these men for 18 years and the crowd has just kept growing every year....and now they're free.
Lol how to you determine that was His blood on himself.....pure specualtion...e.xactly why these kids spent 18 years in hell because of ridiculous speculation with NO proof.
and my pffffth was for you.....not for anyone or anything else.
@megacoolhobokitty Ok did you read the witness descriptions? Apparently not because if you did, then you would clearly see that the restaurant witnesses said he appeared to be bleeding. It is actually very far fetched given that there is no connection at all; he could equally have been a homeless, crazy bum, which is what he likely was. Your "pfffth" clearly indicated that you think the four seperate confessions are wothless. You're just another uninformed, credulous, gullible person.
@xChuckNorrisKickx Blame the cops then for not doing their job and INVESTIGATING it.....everything ANYone has to say on him is speculation because no one ever investigated to find the truth... but blindly elliminating him is ridiculous....so look in the mirror and repeat your words to yourself about being uninformed and credulous yourself.
@megacoolhobokitty You really are are undereducated person, aren't you? Did you quit school after the fourth grade possibly? This man was "investigated" disphit; he was gone before the police got there. And once again, there is no logical connection between his appearance and the murders; NONE. So why should the police go to great lengths to create one when the police already have Misskelley several confessions right in front of them? And yes, you are credulous and gullible.
@xChuckNorrisKickx LOL oh he was "investigated" the first cop drove through the drive thru window and NEVEr bothered to go inside...later a detective took blood scrapings from the walls of the bathroom and immediatly lost them. If you think these 3 are guilty then don't be mad at me for not climbing on your bus be mad at the Arkansas officials who didn't even question family members or gather credible evidence against them. Be mad at that not me.
@megacoolhobokitty I'm not "mad" at anything. I'm amused to watch credulous, gullible fools like you run around proclaiming the innocence of these three losers and wring your hands about what a great injustice was done to them. You are typical of the usual WM3 fanboy because you 1) do not have a grasp of the facts 2) do no understand what the DNA evidence actuall means and 3) are willing to swallow kool-aid of any flavor so long as it is delivered by the appropriate WM3 pop culture buffoon.
@xChuckNorrisKickx You mean the non existant DNA evidence against them. Real complicated.
You seem to find glee in trying to shame people for their opinions...I'm not shamed I think you seem really self righteous and dead wrong. Oike I said if you think they are guilty then be mad at the authorities for never finding anything credible against them. They NEVER looked for the real killers...never interviewed Hobbs the stepfather until 14 yrs later when his hair is found in a ligature.
@megacoolhobokitty yeah, I just watched most of the HBO Documentary Lost Paradise 3: Pergatory. where they're seemingly released at the end. & I'm 26 years-old right now, so I'm about the same age as the boys who were murdered. I started martial arts training at 4 years-old & by 8 years-old, I'd made Brown Belt...if anything I would've gotten in trouble for Aggravated Assault on the "West Memphis 3", that's why...more parents should get their kids involved with Martial Arts studies Young...
@megacoolhobokitty Furthermore, the prosecutors actually did not present the case with ineptitude at all. What the did that was a mistake is to try the case when they did not have a strong enough case. This cannot be called ineptitude, however, because they won the convictions and their actual trial conduct was sound. It was the strategic decision to push for a trial the doomed them. Misskelley would never be out if his second confession under oath was not done under a grant of immunity.
@rusty1491 Except that, you know, there is absolutely zero evidence against the WM3 and they are completely innocent, and any reasonable person who actually reviews the evidence would agree.
I dont think "therealmensa" is being mean at all.....I think it is simply his/hers lack of intelligence shining through and because of that fact, they have no way of realizing or understanding how to shut their mouth before they spew such rhetoric babble.
You are wrong. The more people pour out their support of three innocent men the more the public is being aware of the wrong that the judicial system did to these young men. They will get their day in court to prove this so sit back and watch. The real person behind this hopefully will finally come out.
@fancyangelrose I'm sure Cho won't shut the fuck up even after they get their day in court and are found guilty. She'll go onto another agenda to get publicity. The fat jokes don't work as well anymore.
Thanks for posting this. The more "entertainers" who publicly express their razor sharp insight on this subject, the more it is discounted by the public.
