Bojangles is over a mile by straight line distance from the murder scene.  It is actually SEVERAL miles from the murder scene by way of navigable passing. In other words, he was not "right near" the crime scene you simpleton; this is all just further evidence of your credulity and gullibility.

She's a disgusting animal and dumber than a box of rocks. They were NOT convicted on the basis of their clothes or musical preferences; the prosecutors went after them on the basis of admissions by one of them that they, in fact, committed the murders.

Jesse's confession was not allowed as evidence at Jason's and Damiens trial...but one of the foremen heard about it and let everyone know about it....so they were judged on something that wasn't even allowed in the courtroom. That's not justice. The entire thing was a huge circus of ineptitude. People who can't see it astound me. Even Chuck Norris knows they didn't do it.

@megacoolhobokitty There were no substantive "errors" in his FOUR confessions. I agree with you that there was jury misconduct and for that there should have been a new trial without question. I also think that the prosecutors rushed to try the case when the investigative work was not finished yet; they should have waited it out and eventually they all would have sang. Despite this, they are almost certainly the murderers and the many confessions are really hard to ignore.

I can respect a different point of view...you know who really is to blame are all the officials that should have turned over every rock interviewed all the family members of the victims... not 'lost' the blood scrapings from Bojangles restaraunt and handled this important case with ineptitude. Maybe we would all have the truth.

@megacoolhobokitty The Bojangles red herring is just that; a red herring. A strange man at a restaurant really does not connect in any way with anything. The families were interviewed many times. The fact on record that will stand for all time are Misskelley's many confessions. Those confessions are clear. The truth is that the most likely of all suspects are the three before you now. Misskelley will confess again.

@megacoolhobokitty He was not "covered in blood". He was seen to be bleeding; bleeding from his own body. He also had mud on some parts of his clothes. He was suspected by those who saw him as crazy. Still nothing to connect him to the murders. If your "instinctive resposne" to Misskelley's many confessions is "pfffffth", then you really don't care what the evidence says; you are willing to believe anything, no matter how far fetched, in favor of the three likely murderers.

@megacoolhobokitty Ok did you read the witness descriptions? Apparently not because if you did, then you would clearly see that the restaurant witnesses said he appeared to be bleeding. It is actually very far fetched given that there is no connection at all; he could equally have been a homeless, crazy bum, which is what he likely was. Your "pfffth" clearly indicated that you think the four seperate confessions are wothless. You're just another uninformed, credulous, gullible person.

If you think these 3 are guilty then don't be mad at me for not climbing on your bus be mad at the Arkansas officials who didn't even question family members or gather credible evidence against them. @megacoolhobokitty yeah, I just watched most of the HBO Documentary Lost Paradise 3: Pergatory. where they're seemingly released at the end. & I'm 26 years-old right now, so I'm about the same age as the boys who were murdered. I started martial arts training at 4 years-old & by 8 years-old, I'd made Brown Belt...if anything I would've gotten in trouble for Aggravated Assault on the "West Memphis 3", that's why...more parents should get their kids involved with Martial Arts studies Young...

@megacoolhobokitty Furthermore, the prosecutors actually did not present the case with ineptitude at all. What the did that was a mistake is to try the case when they did not have a strong enough case. This cannot be called ineptitude, however, because they won the convictions and their actual trial conduct was sound. It was the strategic decision to push for a trial the doomed them. Misskelley would never be out if his second confession under oath was not done under a grant of immunity.

You are wrong. The more people pour out their support of three innocent men the more the public is being aware of the wrong that the judicial system did to these young men.
