  • Ur so lucky to catch one at night and in the winter

  • Lance at least they don't have to worry about track side fires with all that snow

  • How often do they need to ground a rail, and why do they do it in the first place? To reduce friction?

  • Between 6 months & 1 year depending on traffic

    It's done to get the rim of the wheel to run central

    so lowering side of rim & track wear
