  • What happened with the rest? Only found this one and part 9.

  • @irrespondible Had to take them off. They were matching third party content and had copyright notices against them. I'm going to remake them at some point minus this copyright infringing material.

  • @TheBigDaddyDReviews1 Oh... got it.

  • @TheBigDaddyDReviews1 Damn shame, that. Which ones were the offenders?

No idea why anyone would order YouTube to take down intros to any TV show they own the rights to, since it's the best free advertising that forgotten properties can get.

If you're reading this, and you miss those intros too, do your homework on ACTA and what you can do to oppose it. It will screw over the entire planet.

  • so many flashbacks I'm having ...

  • fuck me denver, forgot all about it, that was when cartoons became gay to me

  • heathcliff also kicked ass

  • denver the last dinosaur kicked ass

  • Comment removed

  • Ulysses 31 looks like an anime...

  • Pole Position, Denver, and Gummy Bears had some fantastic intros. Their songs were catchy as hell. Heathcliff was also a good cartoon. I like the Catillac Cats part of the show more though. Cleo was a fox back in the day.

  • Maybe I'm a bit crazy, but I think I'd do that blonde Gummi Bear, given the chance.

  • Ulysses, one awesome acid trip

  • Pole Position FTW!

  • God, that Ulysses theme would turn any club upside down.

  • Thank God for Japanese Anime and catchy tunes! Ulysses 31 Rocks!!

  • Count Duckula is prob my all-time fav cartoon. i loved Dracula as a kid and this show as great

  • ULYSSES 31! FUCK YEAH! Never saw Count Duckula, thank god, Denver the Last Dinosaur sucked balls, Care Bears was crap, but the rest were ok, especially Gummy Bears!

  • I'm hoping the parts concentrate on the stuff from 80 - 85

  • the 80's had some great guitarers

  • Good collection looks like the late 80's (say 88 or so) is when the cartoons started to get a little on the corny and girlie side...

  • i just noticed Duckula sounds alot like bugs bunny

  • Dukula has to be one of the best cartoon themes.

  • i had a few episodes of Ulysses on VHS i found them in an old box and watched them with my son BEST DAY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I miss the 80's

  • ....did that kid just smack a troll with a giant ham?

  • @Cpt50Caliber Ogre, actually.

  • @MrRedgrin

    ....with a a giant ham

  • @Cpt50Caliber Yes.

  • @Cpt50Caliber Yes

  • Man i loved Silverhawks awesome toys too.

  • Dude, where do you find all of these?!

  • care bear stare!

  • Do the rights to these old cartoons even exist anymore?

  • @TheJboy88: Some are owned by big companies, some not.

  • No matter how many times I see it, I always laugh when I see Cavin slam the ogre with a giant ham. Literal Ham-to-Ham Combat? XD

  • i love watching ulysses31 as a kid i watch the french version of course lol

  • Heathcliff...The ORIGANAL Garfield!

  • Denver, the dinosaur was awesome! You rock!

  • OMG DUCKULA!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Things are so different today now that we're overbearing adults.

  • Haha that white cat is a prostitute! XD

  • what gets me is that why dont all of these awesome 80s cartoons get put on dvd? they put every other fucking tv show that had one season or less on dvd, and these are on high demand, everyone wants them, they sell like crazy and making the creators alot of money. and everyone on here would shut up about i wish the 80s would come back. it aint ever going to happen,

  • that Gummi Bears riddim is sick

  • Words can't describe the dismay I felt at work once. I was eating gummi bears and commented on how they do not, in fact, bounce. My younger underlings thought I was speaking gibberish. Woe! Woe!

  • Tally Hawk! i so remember hearing that on the Tv when i was a kid and i knew good stuff was on its way.

  • Duckula!!! XD

  • Denver brought me back

  • I hated Heatcliff. My little sister loved it. Denver never showed here. Had an awesome intro song I must say.

  • @Crusader2010 it was only on USA cartoon express.

  • Man, Heathcliff is just an awesome song

  • i still find meself humming ulysses theme its so catchy love the uploads :D

  • @raddy26 Only humming? I've been singing along to most of these. XD

  • Ulysses 31.. such an unappreciated cartoon..

  • @TheTraveler12 Reminds me of another underrated cartoon, Exo-Squad. Even though it aired in the 90's not the 80's, it was still an awesome cartoon. Exo-Squad great animation, interesting characters, a deep story line & a kick ass intro. My only complaint about Exo-Squad is that is was canceled on a cliffhanger & a 3rd season was never made. The 1st season is out on DVD, no plans (so far) for the 2nd season on DVD. Lucky for fans you can catch the 2nd season on HULU.COM & IMDB.COM.

  • @TheTraveler12 I Know it was based on greek mythology which just adds to its cool factor

  • @TheTraveler12 i have the complete episodes lol

  • @TheTraveler12 The song is more catchy in Spanish!

  • @TheTraveler12 unapreciated?? everyone loved the shit outa it,it was magic then and its magic now

  • man so many memories, vague though they are now i loved duckula and gummy bears when i was a kid. was a fan of Denver too though it ended not long after it was created, shame cause the theme tune was quite catchy

  • when i heard Gummy Bears i was jolted back to my childhood and was grinning ear to ear , but when Silver Hawks came on i got goose bumps from the intro... They the BEST!!!

  • never saw pole position, but I loved MASK, so who stole the idea from who?

  • @itamhoe: The answer is, 'Nobody stole any concept from anybody'-Pole Position is based on the video game from Namco, and MASK is based on a toy from Kenner (now Hasbro.)

  • Oh man this takes me back. And you even got Ulyses! Love this. 80's had it the best, not stupid rap songs in them either.

  • Wow, Did not remember the Care Bear series theme song. Totally forgot about that. Nice to see Count Duckula too.

  • i hated it when i would really enjoy a cartoon series and be waiting for the next season, not knowing it was canceled. turning the channels and never finding it!!!

a lot of these cartoons only lasted 2-3 years :(

    sad, i miss my childhood

  • ulysses 31 never seen it, pole poistion, never saw it but kick ass intro! denver another show i never saw but cool music! silverhawks great tune another show i missed, great way to end vid

  • Man, this takes me back...

  • Wow! Just WOW, look at her awesome 80's hairstyle when she removes the helmet in Pole Position. :D

  • FOBERA!!!THAT MEANS GREAT!!!DOWNLOADED AND KEPT IN MY ARCHIVE!!A TREASURE FOR COLLECTORS!!THANX AGAIN FROM GREECE AND FANTASTIC JOB!!!

  • I was so insanly hot for cleo back in the day!

  • I got to Gummi Bears and Denver before tearing up. Did adults in the 80s miss the 60s or 70s as much as we did, or was the 80s truely the greatest decade to live in?

  • Count Duckula was the shit

  • denver the last dinosaure, he smokes weed and a whole lot more

  • 7:02-7:21 sooo metal! \m/

  • sure i have only one episode of carebears on tape but the new carebears are so...different what happened to the old carebears?!

  • I don't remember that Care Bear theme?

  • @Cthulhoop Europes Im sure

  • OMG I completely forgot about Denver! Loved the theme song!

  • Ulysses 31 reminds me of Saint Seiya, which makes me wonder, why did anyone ever pass up the chance to localize Saint Seiya into english ? It would fit in perfectly with all these 80s cartoons.

  • @sarcasmagasm: It was translated into English, and was called by another name; it's theme song was 'I Ran (So Far Away) by Flock Of Seagulls.

  • @Neville6000 I meant, back in the 80s. I remember when they released in on Cartoon Network here in the 2000s as "Knights of the Zodiac"

  • where is part 2?:

  • Heathcliff should have been with Cleo...much better looking than Sonja...RiffRaff was a waste LOL.

  • lol heathcliff... is a pimp... now at my age i reallise

  • I love the way every 80s cartoon that involved two factions always had their bases just around the corner from each other lol.

  • seriously, what's up with the ducks...

  • @omarofuae I don't really know but I just love that cartoon since I was a little girl

  • What cartoons were on part 2? It has been taken down... :(

  • @howdy131 - There is a new version now, check it out on my channel!

  • @TheBigDaddyDReviews1 Thank you. I have found it now :)

  • @howdy131 Not precisely. Lionsgate owns the broadcasting rights for TMNT, which IS part of the original 80IO2, and don't want it being in YT. But the rights are only in USA managed territories, which leaves the rest of the world (Like South America, where I'm) Still able to see it.

  • @howdy131

  • @howdy131 Pole Position

  • Damn, they made a pole position cartoon? I don't remember that as a kid, I loved the shit out of that arcade game though.

  • @xeikai: Yes, and it aired on a main network (CBS).

  • Never heard of the Silver Hawk one before. =o

  • Has Silverhawks ever aired in Canada? Before watching this video (when it was posted under TheBigDaddyDChannel), I never heard of this before. Good intro though.

Also, you should have included the other Care Bears intro (from the episodes produced by Nelvana). That's the one I've seen, more than the DiC version. That, and Nelvana is based in Toronto.

  • @MattJFisher It did air in Canada. I remember watching it and having the action figure for that robot badguy with the buzz saws.

  • Part 2 does not work :( "This video contains content from Lionsgate, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds."

  • Heathcliff, Heathcliff, no one should...Terrify their neighborhood.

But Heathcliff just won't be undonePlaying pranks on everyone.

There's a race to be on top.The competition doesn't stop.Mixing with the ladies fair

Being charming, debonair. The gang will reign supremeAnd no one can deny-y-y-y.

They’ll make some historyAnd always have an alibi-i.

So join in the jubileeThe cats are great, they’ll all agree.

Find in each calamityThe cats superiority.

Hooo ho ho ho ho hoooo ho hooo:)

  • man i remember i sing along the heathcliff! man it whas good time ! <3

  • Pole Position ^^

  • HEATHCLIFF <3

  • I could understand the copyright crap if THEY ACTUALLY RELEASED them out to the public on dvd. they horde it.

  • BLEEP lionsgate!!

  • @holowich DAMN STRAIGHT!

  • Part 2 of the intros is now blocked. Hope you're working on fixing it so it can be aired again.

  • I always love Space theme cartoons back in the 80's

  • Notice alot of 80's cartoon themes hade a 50's sound to them?

  • "Wings of silver, nerves of steel... Silverhawks! Partly metal, partly real... Silverhawks!" Always a favorite!

  • 0 dislikes. Just the way we need it. :D

  • @amyarceefusion2000 you just know some young dick will just to get noticed

  • @bluesabar what do you mean? I can't understand what you mean....

  • @amyarceefusion2000 someone (Born in the 90's) will come on and click dislike just to say I was first and that the 90's cartoons are better

  • @bluesabar no i won't. lol. Alot of these shows actually played until 2001before disney pulled them to make room for their craptastic "live action" "dramas" "comedies". So sad, i loved Ducktales and others. At least Boomerang still has 60's and some 80's cartoons around.

  • @KeyOfReason001: Live action shows cost less to make than animated ones, and Disney only want to make a few anyway (like Phineas & Ferb).

  • @Neville6000 Hm, i see your point, but before 2009 they had more than enough money to make cartoons rather than live action crap. Please elaborate how much money Disney would need to make say 5 cartoon programs this generation.

  • @KeyOfReason001: The reason for all of the live action shows is because girls (pre-teens and post-puberty teens) are the backbone of the viewers of Disney Channel/ABC Family/Disney XD, and they aren't really into animation as much. So, Disney's making more live action shows, since they cost less money and take less time to do then animated ones. Also, this isn't the first time live-action's dominated Saturday morning-the 70s was chock full of live action shows.

  • @Neville6000 Yes, but the 70's had some creativity in their live-action shows. Disney has a cookie cutter formula of basically having 5 - 15 unkown people stuck in 4 sets with a plot based on their career, school life, problems, etc. I do understand that as you mentioned, the demographic is toward adolescent girls, but they should have realised by now is that a wider audience would make more money. Especially after releasing graphically animated movies like Tangled and Toy Story 3.

  • If they pull these down, just re-up it. So what if you don't have the copy right, these cartoons are in a dead zone bringing no returns for Viacom and Disney anyway.

  • @EdwarioERS wrongo! alot of htese cartoons are getting or have gotten recent DVD fulllty restored releases, including defenders of earth and TMNT and even silverhawks

  • OMG count Duckula now i know im OLD

  • Aw man! Denver! Epic nostalgia!

  • Part 2?

  • @Fillistar Most likely removed by the dumb asses who run YouTube.

  • Ulysses was the hardest theme song to get out of your head. It was awesome!

  • @ProVsCon yeah but it wasalso long as hell

  • @ProVsCon I agree but Pole Position beats it.
