you can buy wings (different types) at a store in the game called wentworths where you get the recipe, find the parts (salvage) and make them, my dude used to have dragon wings but i traded them for a cape at lvl 21.

You can be level one and have wings and yes you do get wings in CoH.

You can get Angel/Demon wings as a Vet Reward from the start. But you can't actually fly till Level 14 and slotted the Flight power.

You get the angel (seen in this vid) and demon wings as veteran awards (15 month I think) and for the rest (fairy, insect, bat, demon, tech, etc...) you need to find/buy the recipes to invent/unlock them on any Lvl.

Great animation, lovely flying shots, and I'd be thrilled to see this at twice the size and resolution. (Does that exist anywhere?)

The early shots seem to be meant to suggest that she has "super-leaping" or similar powers, and though there was a lot of it, I didn't mind ... because it reflected what I've often had dreams about doing. I don't look nearly as good as this young lady, though {g}

Nice costume, and great flying shots at the end. I'm loving this video. The only gripe is in the beginning before she falls in the river. After a while we get the idea that she's trying to fly, it didn't need to be stretched out.

lol love the last phrase. If it were that easy to get wings i'd do it sooner. However some evil group (not naming names CoT) told me to dance in magical fire. It worked and now my wings are burnt. *sigh* Oh well. Nice job and what server are you on?

get to level 9 u get to chose ur transport power , u start on hover around level 12 u get to properly fly

Actually you get to choose a powerpool the first time at lvl.6. At Lvl.14 you can take fly if you already got 1 power of its powerpool (hover or flurry).
