I've tried those shakes the chocolate one also but did bad lol I ended up drinking all 4 in one day I don't know if that was ok lol but they r pretty good. Nice video :)

I am totally addicted to protein shakes now! I buy the Jillian Michaels Whey Protein. I usually use milk but I do use milk too and if you make it the night before and stick it in the fridge....the next morning it is thick and creamy! I have a BlendBall bottle - the 20oz one and love it. :)

@protectingmyself oh thanks so much!!! i love it! its cotton and quarter sleeved and so comfy!!! plus its cute!~ the shakes are really yummy...but they have to be super cold!!!!
