I looks like.. and I had thought the same, but it isn´t really a mistake, if you look at the wheel center you´ll see they´re rotating to the right direction... if you see a real one, or look at the car´s wheel as it moves, you´re gonna find the same effect (as if it´s moving to the opposite direction).
