  • @hola773 Argentina is the country that less people die by thieves or whatever, in latinamerica and a lot of countries in the world, but the press its soo sensationalist and shows over and over the same news which make you think its a lot of thieves and all of that but if you get out from your pc you'll see that mrs idiot

  • uh... so i know this vids old and all, and you probably know better now (this was only ur 1st day in BA) but you do realize that many things u say here about the city are quite inaccurate, right?

  • tens of millions of united states americans speak spanish. millions of argentines speak english.

maybe they just didn't want to speak english to you?

you should move to detroit, or perhaps south atlanta... much safer than the Bs As.

and finally, when you say Buenos Aires annunciate.

    Bweh-nos Eye-ress.

you needn't attempt to roll the "R"

  • B.A is a very safe beauiful city.

  • Why didn't you just take a direct flight from new york to buenos aires? Also there are supermarkets everywhere here.

  • closer to 50 million. =0)

  • There are probably at least twenty five million people in the US who speak Spanish. Sorry your experience in Buenos Aires left you so uneasy.

  • Buenos Aires sounds nice.

  • Will you please move back to the states (ca specifically) and marry me?!

  • dont get your ass kicked in BA

  • of course everyone is going to stare at you, and there's a good reason.

  • Hey there..I hope that you enjoy Argentina..I work for physician who is from there....She showed me pictures of the "Pink House" which is equvilant toour "WhiteHouse"....hilarious, isnt it? How can Argentina not have a good gay life with a "Pink House?" You'll have to check it out and report back to me. Also she brings back these little desserts that are wrapped in either silver/gold foil.I believe that they are called Havanna's (dolce de leche flavor) They are the best! Please keep us updated!

  • I LOVE Buenos Aires and Argentineans are gorgeous people (in all ways).

How about that dinner at midnight shit? lol

Give it a few days and you'll settle in and have a great time!

(That exchange rate is incredible, isn't it?)

  • "hirosoma" ... Why would you make such an absurd statement (and so publicly!)? -- Isn't it blatantly obvious that this guy DOES work! YOU for one (among thousands) are watching HIS work of interesting entertainment. (Btw ... without YOU contributing a single penny!) And if you would just listen a bit closer (since he's not the bragging type!) this is just one of many jobs HE is involved in!

    Your comment really puzzles me!

  • "DolphinPal" My comment was intended to be humorous....people who travel a lot always get poked at like that(myself included).

Anyhow, no harm intended. He's a cool guy.

  • "hirosoma" ... Sorry I didn't get it (the hidden humor)!

Glad I "poked" you, though ... perhaps others thought you were a jerk too ... YOU lookin' much better now ... ThumbsDown should stop now!

    PEACE ... Out! :)

  • I'm glad you are alive and well. Don't wish away the experience. Take it in and get the most of it because you may not go back.

Also, didn't you try to learn a bit of spanish before you left? that should have been priority.

  • Get your ass to the gay bars and tell me what they are like. Don't be the typical American looking for McDonalds, Walmart and American/English speaking clubs. Be adventurous, pretend you're Canadian! lol

  • Now that you have your luggage, you'll feel much better after a good night's sleep and some extra hydration. Hope things continue to improve for you. :-)

  • I am so glad u made it, You will have a great time lookinf forward to ur blogs. I hope you take me up on my offer someday

  • why r u in Buenos Aires again? how long will you be staying there?

  • HUG

  • Yay for arriving safely and yay for your getting your luggage back. Have fun. Go out and find more cute guys like the cab driver.

  • OMG! I can't believe you're blogging in BA! I'm gonna be there in January and I'm sooo happy you're giving me a heads up on what to do!

  • I hope you have a fun time in Buenos Aires. Is this just a vacation, work, or what's the dillio with you being down there?
