Yes in south India kundi means bum. But in north India kundi means latch or something to that effect.

yup thats true bharatnatyam,Kucchipudi,kathakali,mohiniattam
koodiattam,odissi,kathak and manipuri are the dances on classical basis in India and i guess all of these require a lot of back-breaking hard work!
