I love my 328i. Only mod is a Signature Motoring performance intake kit. They run around $170 and add up to 9HP in the E46 323/325/328 and up to 13.9HP in the 330. That's about $17/per extra HP... A good value for the extra oomph. General HP increases are shown:

No no, on my 04 M3, pressed and holding unlock will bring everything down, windows, soft top. But the lock button won't do the opposite. I have to stick the key in the door, turn it to lock and hold it there, then it'll close up. I have no idea.

They dont come with it standard. BMW does not allow this in america. the car neither lets your lower or raise the roof from the key. You may be able to do it with the key in the door, but not from the key fob itself.
You have to get it programmed which is really easy to do. I am weird about my battery draining unnecessarily and I already have all this stereo equipment in my car that I rather have the car on while I drop the top or put it up.
i live in australia. i have seen this feature on many e36s and e46s all over in europe as well. maybe us cars dont come with it standard. by the way my car has it also which is a 99 e46. no mods whats so ever so im guessing its related to us cars. sorry couldnt help further :(

Well, look at BMW headlights, you'll see that each head light has 2 circle, right? It is called the halo light. It enhance BMW looks, comes in plenty of color, stock is a halogen color. I suppose when you put a halo on something, it is called angel, so since it's in the "eye" of the car, it's called angel eye. If anyone know any other mean to this, let me know, that's as far as I know about "angel eye".
@ARMONI555 thats bullshit everyone knows soft tops need frame reinforcment and they handle like shit....google or youtube a review of the drop top m3 (5th gear) or somthing similar and theyl tell u having no roof spoils performance...
