They live naked because it rains in the jungle almost every day of the year. They live without these diseases becauses their immune systems are different than westerners.

It explains that to some degree, indiginous tribes all over the world don't wear clothing because (unless developed cultures) they don't see a need for it. They use limited amounts of clothing to designate rank in the tribe or as a temporary adornment but they don't see it as a necessary means of morals. They would think us just as amusing and offensive because we do wear clothing as we find them because they don't.
