Your height is okay. At your age I was about 6 ft tall, now I'm about 6.3 ft tall (1.91m in metric).

Now this means nothing, I got a friend of mine who was just about as tall as I was at age 16 now two years later he's about 6.7(2.05m in metric).

It really differs per person. It also depends on nutrition; 6 meals a day and eat healthy.

Anyways I don't think the stuff explained in the video will really help.
