yu do know lowering yur vtec initiation down to something like 2750 rpms isnt any good for yur head, not to mention the waste of fuel do to overinjection at lower rpms... besides the eg models idle anywhere from 1000 to 1500, so vtec initiating just over a grand above yur idle rate???
Ok then where do I begin First of all This Video is from 2004!! Idel on a civic is 750rpm !! The head would not surffer at all !! As its designed for vtec use!! Ohh yea the fule consumption went up a tiny bit but due to the face I havent changed any fule delivery its minor!! The reason for having it so low is when I dont track days a Lydden its lots of long bends. to stop the car bogging down. Your car knowlage is poor. and I now drive a RB25 S14 :P
The civic had an uprated fule pressure regulator , kent cams , lowerd Vtec to 2750rpm , Ac auto Technic Intake maniforld and exhaust manifold , full 3 peice stainless exhaust with removed Cat , Mugen big below intake system , msd ignition , denso irid plugs , denso plat ht's , and a remap .
