  • @silentk1ll wont be online due to copyright issues, you can check with other youtubers but i lost the remaining footage of the game, after my old computer crashed.....

  • @Damn.. If you find it somewhere in youtube could you please link it for me....

  • He'd be one of my favorite SM-liiga players....if he didn't play for HIFK

  • Funny thing is.. His brother Markus did this awhile back too :)

  • @11DNA11 finally got my hands on the video and will attach as a video response

  • Yea yea, All the finnish people are awsome including me :)

  • @JewAV uh, that kind of boasting make me sick :O, and im a finn, c'mon.....

  • watch Markus Granlund`s Lacrosse goal!

  • amazing guy and he from Finland <3

  • @6TANE9 no shit sherlock, you sure he is?...

  • @6TANE9 Fucking gloryhunter

  • @6TANE9 WHAT I THOUGHT HE WAS RUSSIAN??? :OOO

  • @Jop3lius Well Mikael is not a russian name,or if it is I havent heard or seen any russian named Mikael

  • @evilTaker90 really?? maybe hes real name is vladimir?

  • @Jop3lius =D

  • @evilTaker90 He is of Swedish heritage (Swedish-speaking Finn)...when he gets to the Wild after next season, he'll have a teammate who is as well in Niklas Backstrom (not to be confused with Nicklas Backstrom of the Capitals).

  • @AEMoreira81

Wrong. It's only his name that is of swedish heritage.

  • @AEMoreira81

Correction here, Swedish speaking Fins are of Finnish heritage. Swedish used to be the official language under Swedish rule. Many changed their names to the Swedish versions of their Finnish name even though they might not speak the language well or at all. Anyways I'm glad to see you know so much of our obscure little country and I'm sorry if I'm being a bit pedantic here :).

  • @AEMoreira81 Granlund doesnt speak any swedish :D

  • @evilTaker90 Mikhail (pronouned like Miha(j)IL in Finnish) is the Russian version of the same name.

Original is Hebrew(hepreaa), pronounced mihaE(E)L. - English Michael... So we all have changed it a bit from the original, but it's the same. International name.

So 'Michael' Gran(d)lund can have a big future in NHL, when his name is easy to fit to almost any language following this game. Yeah that, and cause he plays PRETTY well :)

  • It's cool referee didnt think it was high sticking which it was and luckily on video they can only check out is the puck behind the line or not. anyways amazing goal and fast thinking from Granlund

  • @TheMegadong

It wasn't high stick: the puck stayed whole time under the upper bar. At the end his stick rose above the bar but the puck was already in the goal

  • True! No question about high stick.

  • @TheMegadong In international rules the high sticking is height of the shoulders, not the crossbar like in NHL.

  • @Ylinatsiperkele im pretty sure its the net too in IIHF thats why they reviewed it
