im pretty sure that was debunked long ago when i saw the videos of over a THOUSAND HYDROGEN BOMBS being set off in our atmosphere.
helloooo i think theres bigger things to worry about than cows breathing.
how about stopping the government from using our hard earned money for WAR AND OIL when there are MUCH GREENER AND EASIER ways to fuel our wants and needs.
wake up people. hemp can produce pulp for paper and gas and oil for our cars. ALL BIODEGRADABLE! even HEMP PLASTIC.
@LDB37 global warming gives rise to climate change which can lead to massive changes in our way of life. Saying to use greener ways of fuel would help in reducing climate change so I really dont understand your position.
@shegwin wait wait wait, you're talking about CLIMATE CHANGE? or global warming? which one is it? bcause "global warming" is a MYTH. a TERM used by GOVERNMENTS to describe and BLAME US for what they have done to our atmosphere. and on climate change: our climate is ALWAYS CHANGING. it has NEVER STOPPED changing. and it will continue to change for the rrest of our earths life. nothing to fear about that. and nothing we CAN DO. try asking your goverment to stop blowing off hydrogen bombs .
@LDB37 ughhhh, actually if you read a little, the IPCC which is an organization that reviews all information from across the globe, have made four assessment reports on climate change. These reports are peer reviewed by hundreds of scientists. A rough draft is reviewed by 600 reviewers worldwide. the 2nd draft is revised and resent to another 600. One report contains 450 contributors and 600 expert reviwers, 30,000 comments, 11 chapters, 5000 literature references and over 1000 pages.
@LDB37 Why would the government create global warming? You support the use of alternative greener sources. Global warming supports that as well. It's telling us that the burning of carbon compounds is creating a warming effect on our earth. Let me give you a shorthand version for your narrow mind. The world has lived billions of years, it has a balance of elements in the air, and on the ground and all around the world.
@LDB37 Since we have been burning fossil fuels in the early 20th century, we have drastically increased the amount of carbon atoms in the air. Carbon is able to absorb heat. Now when uv light bounces off the ground, it is absorbed by the carbon making the overall tempearture of the whole world a little bit warmer. Now you can say it's not that big of a deal, but when we are increasing the temperature slowly, in a hundred years there will be no Greenland.
@LDB37 In 100 years, miami and hawaii and Japan would be gone, because a whole shitload of ice will melt and therefore the sea levels will rise too high. That's just the start of it too, climate change means more natural disasters. Now I dont give a shit about your conspiracist propaganda. I am a firm believer in using rationale thinking and clearly you are uneducated in climate change. Wikipedia may help you, but it sure as fuck won't clear your crazy as fuck personality.
@LDB37 theyre not government funded. In fact, the united States acknowledges the IPCC reports but there is a reason why the U.S.A. has not agreed to the Kyoto Protocol. The united states government clearly does not want a greener way of doing things because it will hinder money income. The IPCC is URGING the government to take in consideration the damage that carbon emissions are doing. Dude, why are you arguing with me? the IPCC supports your cause.
@shegwin so dont spew all this green bullshit unless you yourself arent using petroleum products or carbon by-products to your own advantage in your life.
otherwise you're a hypocrite. you should worry about where your tax dollars go first. that'd be a start.
@LDB37 im not saying i dont use petroleum products or carbon by products, i totally agree we need to a greener way of doing things, but to totally change from a petroleum based fuel source is hard to do. We need to find better ways of transportation for vehicles.
First she says trees need CO2, then she says trees die because of CO2. lol

@shegwin crazy as fuck?
what makes you BELIEVE that any one of those scientists isnt either FUNDED or PAID by the government or some government-related organization.
and how do you suppose we get greener when thats not what the guys up top want.
they dont give a fuck if you live or die. or if japan floods or greenland .
if green MATTERED, our cars would be running on water (electrolosis), and our paper and plastic would be hemp.
but of course GREENER (money) has prevailed. and the rich get richr
