I use the same supplies. Very beautiful but I always seem to like arabians the best. No horse can beat the stamina of an arabian,their beautiful head is what gets to me. I have an arabian bay mare, I ride western though.

I've got a question.

We've got a really old mare (31 years old), it's a welsh.

Well, she gots some elderly problems so we must wash her once a week.

But everytime we do this, she loses a awfull lot of tail. Now, she only gots a few hairs for a tail.

What can we do to prefent the hair from falling out.

We already tried the technique in this video

@Ipodmoeilijk If I were you i'd talk to the vet about doing the best thing for that horse. She probably shouldn't have to live like that. She's lived a real long life.

i litterally just yell bath time and my horse comes running he loves it so much and i never used main in tail i use hypoalergenic stuff but my vet said it would be fine i just want to know if it works well and i love the horses mane

Ya they're so black because they are always in a stall. They are never in a paster, and they put creams on them to keep them very black.
