With those mods alone, i can at least hang out with some of the big boys now. Stock it's ok but the mods really wake this car up. The take off power is really good. that's what impresses me about this car. i raced a gt mustang and my takeoff was so more advanced that his. i beat him to the next light. He was really impressed. this was the newer GT's.

with your so called apr 93 chip you should be peaking at least 18psi i have the 91 apr and i peak 18 and hold 16 with my hyperboost DV...... i have a 2002 jetta 1.8t

You get the chip from a dealership, because they have to install it and program it to your car. I just got a 93oct APR installed and a DV today, it makes a huge difference.

Yea. It is a manual cutout. Only problem I have with it is that it's a pain in the ass to jack my car up everytime I want to take the cover off. I recommend a quicktime performance cutout. Opens a closes with a button inside the cabin. If I could do it all over I would have gotten that.
